I never went there just in the park I'm not going to somewhere next to it but I know Verizon is one of the highest most expensive phone companies I am surprised they are open with these high prices they can keep their overpriced phones
come on people's got to figure out how to lower prices or go out of business

Didn’t want to leave a bad review when I had my initial bad experience. But after having to reach out to Verizon to correct billing on the account I had to come back about a month after my experience to leave a review. Unfortunately, the sales rep at the store gave me false information regarding the amount I would be credited for a phone trade in and details regarding a plan upgrade and promo. I was looking to trade in and upgrade to the iphone 15 Pro max. The sales rep on 3 different times during the appointment confirmed I would be credited $800 for the trade in IF and Only If we “upgrade” our current plan because our existing plan didn’t offer any credit for trading in my phone. We were told nothing would be effective and paid until the phone had arrived and was paid for. I was looking to pay in full but had to wait for the phone to arrive. Cool no problem. I go in the following week just so happens the sales rep who originally set everything up was on vacation. Another rep came to help and told me that I would be credited $415 for the trade in instead of the $800 that I was originally told from the other sales rep. I was disappointed for being given the wrong information, and having spent time from the day to walk out empty handed but I ended up purchasing the phone through Apple. I would like to note this was my original experience that I didn't want to leave a review about. But fast forward to present day and when reviewing the billing I was getting charged more than before.After speaking with customer support it appears that the plan was still “Upgraded” even though I never purchased the phone through Verizon and the point of the upgrade was to get the promotional credit for the trade in. All In all do your research because sometimes what you’re told by the rep might not be completely true and make sure to check you billing after to make sure there isn’t any unwanted or unexpected charges they might try to throw in.

If I could give zero stars… I’ve never had such a disgusting experience in my 52 years of life. Mind you there were a few issues with my previous provider but the customer service I received Saturday and Monday this past weekend was horrendous. I had a great experience on Friday with Anthony A but after that I had to deal with a Jace (supervisor) that literally had me in tears. I had to call my sons to the store so that I didn’t continue to be intimidated by Jace. Instead of Jace being understanding he blamed me for not coming in the day before, which would have been my 3rd day in the store. He in fact sent me home because as he put it “YOU LOOKED TIRED SO I THOUGHT YOU WANTED TO GO HOME.” I told him I would have rather have stayed another 3 hours just to finish this process. Things were not flowing with the entire switching of carrier and phones but boy did he make the situation unbearable, ugly, disappointing, frustrating, intimidating, disrespectful, callous. I’m on the phone trying to get out of being a customer and going somewhere else because of one persons lack of respect and better judgment.

The amazing woman who helped us, explained everything throughly, made sure we were aware of all promotions, and walked us through billing and what it would look like the first few cycles. I will be referring people to her moving forward, she is a true gem!

Wrost service by verizon in daniel st. They even charge money for saying hi i would say. Got a sim card. Just a normal simcard. Didnt get setup in phone or anything but they forced to pay fee for setup and go or they ssid we cant give it to you

I went to this location today to activate my phone and had the absolute worst experience. All of the employees had terrible customer service, were rude, and disgusting.
