My package never arrived on exact day so I called and was told I would get a call back the same day I called to see if my package arrived or not never got a call and when I tried to call no one answers and I get a email today that my package was being sent back to the factory when I told them to explain to the driver that they can leave my package at my doorstep never did

People pulling out of this area block both areas to pull in and out! This needs to change! Also, for picking up mail that was undelivered and needs to be signed for make sure you actually try to deliver it by ringing the door bell or knocking on the door. Furthermore why do we have to go clear across town to this area and can’t just pick up at the real post office!?

Requested for package pick up so many times, and so many times they didnt provide the service on the requested day. Neglected or late service. Been calling their number and emailing them but no reply. Never seen any post office like this.

I ordered a package that was not able to deliver to my home and they said I could pick it up at the annex post office in Manteca. I called to see if my packages were there but did not have my tracking number on me so the lady said there was nothing she can do and that they would send it back. I called back 5 min later with the tracking numbers she put me on hold then disconnected my call and would no longer answer the phone. I then tracked my package that was just delivered today and ready for pick up but after she got off the phone with me at 3:05 pm my package was marked returned to sender by 3:08 pm. So she looked up my package by my address which she said she could not do and returned it to sender. It was gifts for my son's Christmas. I hope it made you feel good being such a grinch lady! I would have picked it up right away if you would have just told me it was there.

Worst post office ever. They have lost important mail, and didn't care. Told me to call and have another one sent and took over 6 weeks to get a mail key after moving.

My mail was vandalized with key arbitrarily left in key hole. I went down to the usps in industrial ave in Manteca and they put a hold and request for new kick and key. I was told I'd have to pay $50, that was absurd, then they held my mail, that's fine however I was expecting a article of mail because I have the app. It's accurate from my experience. I walk into usps and they hand me my mail, it wasn't not what I expected. Went back into to office & the manager on duty advised she would not call carrier that I had drive around and find him. She gave me an 800 to file complaint. I find the carrier and he had my mail that should have been held in office due to lock change. I should not have had to drive my area look for carrier & he tells me well if u catch me will see if I have ur mail. So stood by in 100' weather and sure enough he handed me the parcel I was waiting on. Usps failed in providing the follow through as per lock and mail hold then gave me an 800 & all along carrier had mail. Which I had already gone to office to get mail. The lock has not been changed going on 2 weeks and my mail is either in office or I have to drive my neighborhood and wait for carrier and ask him directly. A CSR Joe actually called carrier prior and they delivered my mail to the door. The manager would not carrier that day and I was to retrieve my mail directly. The customer service was not a good experience. I'm thankful that I received the parcel I was in need of, I should have not sent in a wild goose chance due to their error...
