LOOK FOR MY RECENTLY ADDED PHOTO OF THE USPS SIGN LISTING THE CORRECT HOURS OF OPPERATION FOR THIS LOCATION.
I'll admit this is not my favorite Post Office, and it seems that every time I go to this location I run into some sort of problem.. BUT with a little patience and maintaining a calm and polite demeanor I've been able to get the help I need from the staff, sometimes.
The Postal workers here really do seem to care and you can tell they want to help solve any issues they can and are able to. My biggest problem with this post office has been the hours they are Open - Google Maps has the incorrect hours for Saturday. I took a photo from inside the lobby of their hours of operation they have posted, and have suggested to change the hours on Google Maps but my edits keep getting denied. Someone that works here must have to be the one to suggest the correct hours they are available and get that info updated.

Sign on the door today said
"Due to staffing issue this office will be closed from 12-1:45 for lunch/dispatch and 4:30 for close" , you can never rely on it to be open during the stated business hours. Please fix staffing issues. Otherwise when it is randomly open the staff seem nice.

WHOEVER IS THE LADY WITH THE GLASSES THAT BE THERE BY HERSELF NEEDS TO BE FIRED. DONT JUST GO IN THE BACK AND STAND THERE, THEN COME OUT AND SAY THAT MY MAIL ISNT THERE. SHE COMPLETELY IGNORED THAT I HAD AN TRACKING NUMBER

The clerk made me leave the counter & go back to my car to retape my package because I didn’t completely tape over my label. I had to get back in line and wait another turn. I left without taking my receipt. I wonder if my package will get delivered. I’ll have to drive to the next USPS from now on

My package never arrived on exact day so I called and was told I would get a call back the same day I called to see if my package arrived or not never got a call and when I tried to call no one answers and I get a email today that my package was being sent back to the factory when I told them to explain to the driver that they can leave my package at my doorstep never did

People pulling out of this area block both areas to pull in and out! This needs to change! Also, for picking up mail that was undelivered and needs to be signed for make sure you actually try to deliver it by ringing the door bell or knocking on the door. Furthermore why do we have to go clear across town to this area and can’t just pick up at the real post office!?

It was my first time sending something through USPS. The lady was very helpful and patiently helped me figure out what to write on the package.

Clerks have always been efficient,helpful and friendly at the Manteca Industrial Park location

Second time in a row they have failed to make a delivery on time even though the package was on the truck they have skipped over it

Requested for package pick up so many times, and so many times they didnt provide the service on the requested day. Neglected or late service. Been calling their number and emailing them but no reply. Never seen any post office like this.
