It’s my first time here in this UPS location.
Arielle was so helpful. Best customer support and service I have ever received from any UPS store. I did 2 amazon returns and I thought I was going to be there longer since it was already getting busy and the lines of customers were starting to get long. She helped me buy a box for one of my items and printed out my label. I didn’t know the size of the box I needed and I was going to package the item myself and get back in line afterwards, but she told me to bring the item in from my car and help package it for me. I noticed she helped the customer behind me when I was getting my packages in my car. She has amazing time management. I was out of there in 5 minutes with the help she gave and customers did not wait too long in line.

Went all over Manteca and Lathrop to have my Notary signed and nobody was available. Chase told me to go to UPS and they were the only ones who could help me. Thank you so much August for helping me. Definitely go to her! I will definitely be coming here.

This location is the worst location for package pickup the people are very rude they will not listen to you at all they have a zero knowledge about the ups services if i can give i would give them zero star the lady whose with lots of make on her face is ridiculous she is an idiot she is very rude doesn’t know how to speak to people overall this location is full of idiots

Rude old lady!!! I was there to drop off a few items. She was not interested in helping me at all. Looked like I was bothering her b’cause I was bringing my business to UPS. UPS won’t see me as a customer as long as that lady is there!!!

Called today to ask if my package was delivered since I had a email saying it was. The lady was super rude and short with me and just had terrible customer service skills. I would have called again and reported her rude behavior to the manger/owner if I had her name. This interaction happened on 7/25/24 at 4:58pm. Not coming back to this location again.

This is another excellent UPS store. They have helped me finding out the least expensive form of mailing as they compare FedEx, UPS and USPS charges. This time I went there to get something notarized and was helped by August. Everyone there is kind, patient, professional and helpful.

August is awesome. Naveet is amazing. Danelle is great. I’ve done a lot of livescans from this location. I’ve heard them interact with customers. Everyone knows their business and knows how to help the customer. They’ve all been very nice to us and everyone who walks in even when in slammed with business.
