“I was running through a very hard time of life. White arrow changed my life. One of the best honest and helpful companies. They respect employees and treat you like family. Very proud to be a part of white arrow. I have been seeing too many negative comments posted. I personally saw them grow from 200 trailers to 400 reefer trailers within the last year alone, They must be doing something good. When you grow obviously all the drivers are not at the standard some driver show poor performance. But they can be harsh sometimes only for the fact they take safety very seriously! I don’t se my self working anywhere else…… ?”

“After reading several negative posts I was nervous if I was going to received the large leaner mirror I ordered for my daughter in one piece. But I have to say that from the voice message I received from Julie wanting to schedule the delivery & me calling back scheduling a 12:00pm - 3:00pm delivery their were no issues. I asked if the driver could call me prior to him heading to my address & Julie said not a problem. I received that call from Armando at 12:30pm stating that he would be at the place of delivery in 20 minutes. When he arrived he was very friendly & took extreme care unloading this mirror out of his large van truck. I'm writing this review today because the experience I had with Mountain Valley Express on Dec. 1, 2020 was "excellent" from start to finish. Thank you, Lee!”
