They don’t stand by their products unlike other stores. I have been a long time customer. This time a bag that I bought for about 45$ started tearing up even with very light usage within 2 months. When I asked for a solution they said they can’t do anything without the tag of the bag. Who keeps the tag of the bag for 2 months?? No one assumes that the bag will get damaged in such a short time to keep the tag! Also I had a TJ max credit card, I was told that with a TJ max credit card I don’t need the receipt and tags but now when it came up to standing by their products apparently the card doesn’t help.

This location is always busy, can sometimes be unorganized. Prices are decent. I mostly look for purses/bags, pet stuff, kitchen stuff, mugs and self care items. The store is mostly accessible by wheelchair although it can be difficult depending the amount of people

The employee Gurnoor. Gave me the worst customer register services. She laughed when I asked her I would return a shirt if the stain does not come off! I really don't shop at TJ MAXX and never coming back and letting my family and friends know too!

Got a really great deal on a dog bed less than $20 for medium size bed. Customer Service was on point today!
