The kids love the products but the customer service is the worst. They tie up your credit cards and get really in-your-face when you call "customer service".Beware of shopping with them this Christmas season!!

Return/ exchange policy is awful here! If you don't have a receipt you won't get no help,I have clothes with tags it was bought/gifted to me just 3 days prior. I was refused a exchange no options nothing because there was no receipt.... it's rude to ask the person who bought a gift for you "hey can i have the receipt" The worker didn't bother to ask upper management all that was said no sorry nothing I can do. What kind of Customer service is this? Disappointed to say the least!

Manager had her employees stalk me to make sure I wasn’t stealing. Sorry I like to shop alone and don’t want to make small talk???? Watch out when you shop here, might be followed by a bunch of teenagers while you shop peacefully

Worst customer service. Wouldn't allow us to exchange our shirts for different sizes because there was no tags. I had the receipt and card I used to buy the shirts. Claimed they couldn't "resell" them because of it. Idiotic manager and both the manager and cashier were extremely bitchy. Never shopping at tillys again. The manager is a 40 something woman who takes her job a little too serious when she works at a tillys going through menopause, embarrassing.

It's located in the Stadium shopping center. There are other similar stores, DDs, Old Navy, Kohl's, Ross. Sometimes they have huge deals. It wouldn't hurt to give them a visit when in the neighborhood.

I don't really care for the sales tactic of asking what a person's email is and hate that the corporation makes their employees say this. I hope 1 day they realize that.

I purchased a very expensive Rayban sunglass and I decided to return the next day as it did not fit properly on my nose bridge, to make long story short, the store clerk and manager said its non returnable as if was a final sale, however there's no where on their display case that rhey are even on sale. I feel that they purposely not display a sle or final sale to trick consumer, furthermore the sales clerk that sold me this glasses never mentioned that this is not returnable, since these are useless for me and I don't want to lose $175.00 I ended up purchasing a different style and paid more...I am not ever shop at any tillys store ever

On 11/07/2021, I had a T-shirt exchanged for my daughter, I walked in with a shirt in the bag and I carry it and my daughter want to shop for more so I just hang around and follow my daughter cuz she loves to choose her own. Once I walked in for 5 mins, there were two associates come toward me if I need any help but the way they look at me, look like I'm a shoplifter and keep eyes on me. I been to that store couple times and none treat me like that since I hold no carry bag (not a Tilly's bag). My daughter loves Tilly's and I spent on her every month at Tilly's. They need to train their staff more professional and serve a better customer services. Customers come back for better services. Remember that!

Love this location, it's right in the middle of all my faves; Ulta, Ross, and Costco! Super friendly staff helped me with everything. I'll definitely continue coming here for all my Tillys needs!

Nice stuff although I only liked the men's clothes bc the stuff for girls was all ruffly crop tops and short shorts skates boards are cool and I need a new one so might get it from there the jewelry is nice quite cottage core tho:-)

This Manteca location has terrible customer service!!!! We shopped the 2 for $30 rack for almost a hour finding shirts we like... try them on get to the front just to be told one of them does not qualify... we then go for another 10 minutes to find another shirt we like to go back just to be told one of the other shirts did not qualify.. the cashier was VERY rude and not friendly.. I explained that there was tons of them on the two for $30 hanging rack.. a associate went over there and confirmed that. And I still got told that it must've been an accident that they should have not been placed there. Instead of honoring the price for one shirt we ended up just buying the two... after we walked out me and my wife decided due to the bad customer service we would just return the two shirts.. we ended up turning back around and returning the shirts.. did not seem like there was any manager or leadership in the building.
