Sold me a dead vape. Exchanged it (reluctantly) for the same flavor but the second one was burnt out. There are better vape stores across town with more flavors to choose from.

2nd to last visit I asked to see some of the vape juices and the lady seemed like she didn't want to hand them to me. We played this game of "that one... no next to that... What flavor is that? What's the ML and MG?", we did that a few times. She seemed a little pushy like she just wanted me to hurry up and buy. It was a little frustrating so I just picked one and left.Last night I went in to get a coil, I didn't see the brand I have and I was trying to find one that might fit, I was even willing to pay and if it did work I have more at home it would probably fit. Told her that, she said to go to another shop. I was willing to buy a new tank, asked her to see what she had in the display, she told me "you can see them from there". I told they are stacked on each other and I wanted to take a look before I purchased one. We argued a little bit. I told her she could hold my ID and Cellphone if she thinks I'm going to steal something. She still refused. Treating your customers like thieves doesn't keep them around, lost my business.

The lady thought she was smart by shorting me a dollar. Just figured I’d give her the dollar but in exchange she looses my business forever and thus a 1 star review.

Sells nothing but defective products. And won't refund your money 10 minutes after purchase. They are thieves. Stole $40 from me.
