Super unhappy with their new delivery system. What sounded like it would be more beneficial turns out to be the opposite. I scheduled a delivery for yesterday (Friday) and no show. I first tried the "chat" feature - mistake - the auto bot does not understand - wasted time. I then called and spoke with a wonderful person who stated that half the route was not delivered. First - would have been nice to be notified and second the choose another day without reaching to for my choice. Their auto-selected day was not going to work - so I canceled the order entirely as I needed the items for the day I ordered delivery. It does appears that my long standing relationship with Schwan's has come to an end.

I'm so tired of being treated like crap by this company. At fussy deliveries were spot on. Then they became later and later. Much later than promised. The former driver just quit and company informed all customers in my area they are not rehiring a driver. If we want to order it will be shipped ups at our cost. This is bs. The wearhouse is only 10 minutes from my home and when you drive by there are dozens of trucks in lot just sitting idle. Until my area is treated like we matter and get a driver for deliveries I will not be ordering and will encourage all my neighbors to stop as well. If I could I wouldn't give any stars at all

WTH is going on with Schwans? My delivery has been "postponed" twice in the new year already. After calling Customer Service, I got no answers & offered a credit. Told the rep if this continues, I will find another delivery service. I'll be happy to update this 1-star rating when delivery gets back to normal.

totally disappointing i ordered the 1st time through costco noooo problem now i ordered through their website changed delivery date 3 times with noooo explanations. this is ridiculous

We couldn’t ask for a better solution to our busy schedule and crazy world events. We order online and jake our delivery service guy brings it. You can’t get more easy then that!?? thanks again Manteca Schwans ????

I love our driver but the company's customer service is not what it used to be. I tried emailing them but no more email. Did the chat and it seems like they've gone to outsourcing just like every other company. Waiting for the agent to translate and then respond only to tell you someone will contact you later and they can't do anything. Why bother telling them there's an issue? They don't care. Just return the product on the future without complaining.

Great and friendly customer service. Food is amazeballs. My only complaint needs to be bigger portions and price if you can afford it buy it.

Wonderful service. Comparative prices for quality food. Single-serve meals are perfect to have at home or take for lunch. Cost is less than going out, but a lot better quality and taste. I have to only give four stars because I did not receive the discount on my first online order. But, they told me they would honor it on my next order instead. I am happy!
