Don't go if you don't have an appointment. They can be made by phone or online. No one wanted to wait for walk ins because appointments were always taken first and they are not fast enough to be done with appointments before the next ones came in. There did not seem to be any empty spots for walk ins.

Went in this morning. Had the worst experience. Didn’t have a chance of catching the employees name but he was a white male. I walked into quest at this location unaware that my appointment was not at this quest. I checked in and realized my time said 1:30pm after asking this employee why it says that he rudely replied with “you missed your appointment it was at the other location. You’re going to have to wait hours before we can take you.” when I tried to leave to go to the other location he started yelling “you’re not listening to me. It’s too late. They won’t take you in. Take a seat and wait.” I was so embarrassed to say anything that once he went inside i left. This is completely unacceptable behavior. I did not have a chance to catch his name or I would have been on a call with his supervisor right now.

It's very easy and smooth transition when you schedule online. Staff are Friendly and Helpful and it always is clean.

The reservation system is horrific. I called in my reservation. Got a confirmation number and it still didn't show I had a reservation at the clinic. Your technicians don't have the ability to think outside of the box to allow for any mistakes on your side. So I had to be on the wait list. After waiting 1.5 hours, I left and made a new reservation. This time I did it online which works much better.

The guy tried 1 time to draw my blood and was unsuccessful passed me to another person, then was yelling from the room did u get it were already 15 min behind, she tried 1 poke and was unsuccessful and told me to tell my doctor to send me to a hospital to get my labs drawn

The phlebotomist was very kind during the visit, and kept me occupied while taking my blood. My appointment was at 7.40, and I was out by 7.50. Kind and quick service, what more could you ask for!

My nurse was extremely friendly and polite. Even showed me how to find a juicy vein. I wish i new his name. He was awesome. Haaaaaa thanks you guys for an open welcome.

I went to Quest diagnostics today for blood test with my wife but the lady name Jenni was supper rude and very disrespectful to my wife.
I wouldn’t recommend this location anymore.

My visit was exceptionally quick and efficient. I was called in before my name even appeared on the screen. I currently use a walker and I was nicely accommodated at the door by the technician. The technician's skills were excellent and she was very pleasant and expert at drawing blood, since I often have trouble. Jenny was one of the best professionals I have encountered in many years of using Quest Diagnostics.
