“Previous post was a big negative but deleted by admin. Had shot them down previously because previous staff did not give me a receipt for proof of shipment. Was told that if it's prepaid they won't give one to you and that you can just take a picture. Fast forward to now, current staff was friendly and quick and gave me a printed receipt without any hesitation. Now, that's what I call good customer service!”

“The clerk that helped me was very pleasant. She answered my question and explained processes for the required tasks I needed to complete. The line wasn't too bad. But it is very small office. The office/store looked clean and organized. Pens were visible and available to use. From an observation I made, a customer needed tape but clerk advised the tape needed to be purchased and they werent able to supply it.”
