Really nice place, friendly staff, had the pumpkin pie slice, and chocolate covered almonds along with homemade licorice and fruit slice. All was really good. Building and parking lot very clean. Not like some places you go and they're spider webs all over the place. Will definitely go again.

This fruit stand /pumpkin patch has so much zest and panache, just such a nice fruit stand with a variety of edibles!! But it's so cute, this season with an attached enclosed pumpkin patch. So you can grab something tasty and have a seat in their patio area and even be safely watching kids looking for their pumpkins. We didn't have any kids, but I had a nice time with my 91 year old mom! My mother had a nice time too! And the cashier was such a nice woman, it was so refreshing, from some of the attitudes from other retailers of today. Two thumbs up of course!!

It's the only place you can get orgenskin melons, they have the best melons, and they are adding more items all the time.

Area was very clean and friendly staff. We purchased $35 of peaches and plums to make jam this week. Plums had no flavor and certainly not tree ripened. I was assured that the peaches were sweet and flavorful. NOT even close, so disappointed. I do not know what to do with 5# of flavorless peaches. Cherries from Washington were good.

Farmer's Markets are a staple in Central California and we found a gem in Perry's. All the goods you hope to find in a clean, comfortable environment that invites you to stop in and explore. Goods are high quality. We tried the cheesecake and unlike others, this was fluffy and light. I only meant to take a bite and then head off to another spot for lunch, but I finished it. Oops.

What a gem Perry's Market is! While visiting from Southern California, we stopped in and found this surprise of a produce market that offers many delectable delights. So many locally produced items to choose from: fresh fruits and vegetables, preserves, butters, nuts, even fresh pies!

Good produce with a big price tag. Seedless watermelon was $10. Excellent peach pie was $23. Other fresh veggies were a little higher than expected. However quality looked to be very good. Decent variety in small family quantities and approaching the peak of ripeness instead of overripe like at that big membership bulk store. The watermelon was really good. Long gone are the fifty cent watermelons at the Perry's fruit stand at Lathrop Road and I-5 right by the fields they were grown in.
