For ALL you senior gals (and guys) out there who dont know much about cars and the mere thought of entering a parts store frightens you...go to OReillys in Manteca and ask for Christopher. I dreaded going in there but also dreaded going to the Nissan dealership because I knew they would gouge me. I took a chance and figured I would stop at OReillys first and if all else failed, i would suck it up and head to Modesto. Fortunately, this nice young man not only walked me through what was wrong with my front license plate bracket...he removed it and installed the required bolts---sending me on my way with a smile. Instead of $100 plus at Nissan, I spent $10 at O'Reillys and had the pleasure of receiving good old fashioned customer service (its been quite a while since I have seen this type of service). O'Reillys has won me over thanks to their attention to service. Not only a job well done, but a great display of good human kindness!

Needed battery for my vehicle. Called the store and asked if they have one in stock and they will help to replace it. I was told to bring it in within 20 minutes and will replace it and have the battery in stock. Got there in 5 minutes and was told that they can not help to replace it until the next day. Had to go to the auto zone. Better customer service.

I want to personally thank all of the employees at this store location who helped me yesterday. My family and I drove from Northern California to UCLA for a softball camp and the serpentine belt on our vehicle was damaged. All locations were out of this part but the workers at this store location helped get the part delivered to this store location. We were able to get the belt swapped out and made it home safely. Thank you for caring and delivering the best possible customer service during this stressful time! I would give 10 stars for this rating if I could! Thank you !

Very slow service. All 3 cashiers were assisting one customer and a line of 6 including me were just watching for about 15 minutes until they decided to help another customer

My day did not start out as planned and my car would not start after I finished an errand. This is when I first met Josh at O'Reilly. When I called he was professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and did the research to see if they could do the installation of a car battery on my particular vehicle. When I got there, he was courteous and was able to do the installation properly and with efficiency. While waiting I noticed that all the other staff were professional and they were able to handle and move along a numerous amount of people coming in for parts. They are now my go to car parts shop. Is an auto parts store. I went to get a refund on an item I didn't need anymore the process was fine but you won't see your money for 1 to 3 days later, that seems unfair since when you use your debit card they get their money then but when you take it back you have a waiting period.

My car was overheating and I came in looking for coolant. Christopher was really helpful and informative and even looked at my car for me to see what the problem was. He was kind and really informative. Excellent customer service!!

The manager Chris B. is Awesome! He was extremely helpful and is a credit to O'reilly Auto Parts! He was very professional, friendly, & helpful. We were very grateful for his assistance.
