I worked there years back and they totally screwed me over on my pay. Screwed me out of about $5k... I Watched a lot of cars getting damaged or had to come back to have them fix it again. I remember hearing the excuse so often to the customers " well the vehicle came in like that, we didnt damage it"

I have always been very satisfied with the service and the way I have been trearted. Today I paid my substantial bill by credit card as I have done before, but I was charged a large fee for that. Is that even legal?

Excellent customer service! From the moment I walked in I was greeted with professionalism by Johnny, Chris, and Mike. I brought my 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander to get lifted (1.5") on an early morning and was provided a shuttle service back home (which I greatly appreciated). My car was completed and ready for pick-up within a few hours. I had the pleasure of meeting Chris, the mechanic who worked on my car and thanked him for his quality work. My outlander now has a greater ground clearance and drives excellent. I'd like to give a special BIG Thank You! to Johnny, the service manager, Mike, Chris, and Chris, the mechanic who worked on my car. Satisfied customer.

After a deeply disappointing experience, I strongly advise against patronizing this shop at the recommendation of triple A. Despite their advertised 10% discount at partner shops, the exorbitant prices and blatant false advertising were appalling. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this establishment to fellow female patrons due to the unmistakable display of sexism.
My interaction with an individual named Johnny Chavez was nothing short of traumatic. The initial assertion that the car needed to be retained for repairs, only to later claim that same-day service was possible, was bewildering. This back-and-forth, compounded by the lack of empathy and clear gaslighting during a vulnerable situation, left an indelibly negative impression.
The callous disregard for my distress, followed by sudden demands for immediate decisions, was beyond unacceptable. It became apparent that, despite earlier claims about parts availability, the repair could not be completed as promised. This ordeal has solidified my belief that this establishment is swiftly heading toward a well-deserved 1-star rating. My experience can only be described as a descent into literal hell.
My profound disappointment and consideration for the welfare of others lead me to share this cautionary review, in the hope that others can be spared a similarly harrowing experience.

WAY overpriced! Had alternator replaced and HIGHEST online price I could find for my older Mitsubishi was $200. They charged $326!

They do great work, but expensive. They charged $239 for a 4-wheel alignment on a newer Audi. That's a bit much when many places charge around $99.

The team at Morgan Automotive in Manteca was simply outstanding! I was merely traveling through this area on the I5 and had to be towed to their shop. They were courteous, efficient, friendly and very fair. They treated me with dignity and respect and I simply cannot say enough good things about the team here. If I lived in the Stockton/Tracy area I would not hesitate to trust them with my vehicle!!!Thank you!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Terrible service. Way overpriced. Check around and it's easy to find cheaper. Leaves your vehicle dirty after service. I've never received my vehicles back in the same or better condition from this place. This was their last chance. Never again. Horrible.

The workers have the right to be treated unethically. There was a man named Ryan whom I dealt with. He was very dirty and he deserved what I told him. Even if I had the sufficient language, I would have thanked his manager with it, but unfortunately I could not... They took 12 days of my time and in the end they did not offer me help. Only unethical treatment and they did not know how much I lost. I have been out of work all this time because of them, and they are the ones who told me to wait, and because I did not answer the phone yesterday, they took a position against me. I did not deserve this, but I advise you not to deal with them, as there are much better places than them.

Need work on their customer service skills. Reason I had to take my vehicle there was America's tire snapped one of the stud on my vehicle while they performed 4 wheel balance on it.

Went here a few weeks ago to get my transmission flushed. Great to work with. Easy to work with. Highly recommend
