“I went there today after going to 2 different Western Union location because the other locations (one inside the Walgreens, have a 100-150 limit payout and the other inside the Flying J travel center is closed) we’re not available. The lady agent who help me is very decent and accommodating. She greeted me when I went inside the store and she asked me what she can help me with. I told her I’m there to pick up western Union and I asked her how much is the limit of payout. She asked me how much I’m picking up and I told her. She asked one other lady inside their work area the max of payout and if they can payout what I came for. They said yes. So I felt relieved that I don’t need to go to other location again. Next time I’ll just come here for easier transactions. Thank you”
“I love this store. The staff are always friendly! I was dancing through an isle one time and one employee was laughing and started dancing with me while sweeping. So, anyone who says customer service is not on par is lying or a Karen. Deli food is amazing and it's always super clean in the store. We won't mention the bathrooms”
“This is a review for the COVID 19 PCR test for travel testing. Really impressed on how they process the incoming patients thru their drive thru system. The ones on the LEFT lane is only for COVID 19 test and on the right is for the Pharmacy. Everything has a sign where you need to go. Kaylee called and made sure you will show up on your appointment time. The process was very fast and efficient! Thank you CVS LATHROP for this systematic approach on the drive thru COVID 19 PCR testing. Thanks to Kaylee for explaining all the process and for making sure everything matched on the form and on the sample label. She also explained on how to register "MyChartOnline" to get your results. Keep up the great work! If you need COVID 19 PCR test done for travel purposes, I highly recommend you to go to CVS in Lathrop. Thank you.”
