Driver-- easy delivery. You do have to swing wide if you're turning right in there. I just went down to the next public street and turned right, flipped around in their neighbors back lot. Delivering in the lot isn't too bad. If theres more than 1 or 2 trailers in the 2nd row, I would just back into the lot from outside the gate. I1 deep u can spin around in there.....be safe. Everything else is easy, no mt's but it was a Saturday and I didn't care. Restart......
