Definitely an odd experience. Staff seemed to have little interest in us as we were purchasing a "Special Clearance Price" motorhome. The continued response to everything we asked about was "we are selling this so cheap." They wouldn't even complete an oil change on a $100k plus brand new motorhome even with the oil change light on. Several warranty issues were not addressed and we were told to deal with them at our 90-day warranty review. The finance manager was more interested in whatever was on his cell phone than us. Didn't even shake our hands after handing him a rather large check. Definitely not what I would expect when purchasing a brand new RV. I don't typically leave bad reviews as I would speak directly with management when they called to learn about our experience, however there was never any follow up or thank you. Lack of customer service, for sure!

Never again! I would give 0stars if I could.. i had put a huge down payment like 14k on a JC trailer, then that they said, I would get most of it back if I ever wanted to sell in the future or back to them under consignment, well they Lied..
I unfortunately fell ill couldn’t keep the trailer anymore had no use for it, so it sold through under the consignment through them, sold for like 28k. i only received 1,200 bucks from the sale. So I spoke with corporate in Florida, only response I got from them was how do you think we make our money ha ha. (Wow!! REALLY!
Do not recommend this place …
I mentioned this of what happened to me at other dealers in the valley and they said omg that I should’ve just went somewhere else. never again…do not recommend this place.

Angelina was awesome. She was able to find a part in five minutes for a 1990 generator that 4 other places did not even know how to look or how to even start looking for the replacement part for this. Thank you so much. If I could give her a 10 I would!!!

Christina was knowledgeable and helped us (first time buyers) understand the options and differences on the trailers. While the sales manager seemed indifferent, he worked with Christina to give us a deal we were happy with.

I bought a 2016 Class A motor Home went through the walk through asked is it all serviced ready to go .. they said yes, all good .. told them I was going on a trip. thank God I bought the extended warranty I drove about 100 miles before a warning light came on, I called their VIP service LOL joke couldn't get anywhere. When I got back from my trip, I took it to the Service department! told them about a few things light that didn't work 1 of the slides didn't work broken teeth on a gear small thing, well the underwriter service guy made me feel like I was going to have to pay for the repairs, but I bought an extended warranty, he said if it is from lack of service the warranty co will not cover! I was Pissed I told him I Just bought it from you guys here at Manteca RV, they don't do any service when you buy a USED rig. OK well it took 3 weeks of me calling and bugging them, they finally got the slid gear motor and fixed it. still waiting on a call back for the lights that don't work It's been since the 10th of February; I am going to take my rig elsewhere to have the slide fixed again!! because it was not fixed proper. same thing happened to it gear stripped, I have owned Trailers for the last 20 years never have I experienced anything like this, I will not go back to Manteca RV and give them my business. the date is 5/28/24 bought Feb 4th
