Buyer beware! I own a 2016 Kia Sorento which the engine froze due to bearing malfunctions and yet when I brought my vehicle in what I was told was that the mechanic has determined that I had a bad ignition coil and that they need to replace all four. The cost was going to be around $2,200 I already knew the engine was seized but they (Kia) would not verify without replacing the parts. I already brought it to my mechanic to explain to me the situation and that Kia was going to do anything possible to get out of paying for the failed engine. They gave me the runaround over and over so I took a two different Kia thinking maybe I would get a different result. What I got was the same thing except for this time with explain to me was that my injectors were bad and if they needed to be replaced prior to verifying if the engine failed. I had went on and on about how I already know the engine is seized and I understand that they were going to do anything possible to get out of paying for it. After 6 months of my vehicle sitting at Stockton Kia the representative finally told me that they would pay for a portion of it and then I can get the rest of it through Kia USA today I got to determination letter letting me know that I did not qualify. I will never purchase a Kia again I think you should think about that as well. They do not treat their customers well and yet they hang them out to dry and put the blame on you for a known issue that they settled with the NTSB. Anyways buyer beware

I am beyond happy with my purchase. I was causally shopping for a car and Kia Country in Manteca was able to earn my business because of their transparency and caring attitude towards their customers. This dealer is unlike any other dealer. They will listen to your needs and do all that is in their power to earn your business and make sure you walk out happy. David form sales reached out and went above and beyond to make this deal happen.Justin the sales manager was extremely friendly and when we ran out of options he stepped in and sealed the deal. Overall, not your typical dealer experience. At Kia Country in Manteca, the staff truly cares and no games.

After a hassle free buying experience, we brought our EV6 back to the dealer, to the service dept., due to scary dashboard and email notifications.Luckily for us, Justin Meeks and his crew had us back on the road in a matter of hours! In interim we were shuttled to our destination, picked up in a timely fashion when car was ready and were able to pick up our car, freshly washed and ready to go.Thanks all!!

My second time using this Kia service center and I cannot thank them enough. Always polite and they worked miracles when it came to getting my car back in a timely manner!! Love these guys and will definitely use them again if I ever have an issue with my car.

Ask for Sadat, he handled the questions I had well and if he didn't know the answer, he found out and let me know. Made the process smooth and simple for me to make my decision quickly, which is important to me.....Time is of high value, since I am the owner of Aquos pools and have my customers to care for. This was my first car purchase and Kia Country especially Sal, the seller took great car of me. I never felt pressured and he gave me a great deal on a new 2023 Kia. It felt like a I had family watching over me which was super appreciated as I was pretty nervous going in. A wonderful dealership with great people, would definitely recommend.

I came in to get some clarification and ask questions after dealing with a different Kia dealership and got helped by David Rodriguez. He was super nice and helpful and very friendly. I recommend asking for him if you plan to go in. I definitely will be once I'm ready to buy.

The is my second time coming back to this dealership for a car purchase. The staff is genuinely kind and helpful. They are not pushy at all, but instead explain all options available to you. If you say no, they don’t push you on why not. The car was given to me recently washed, vacuumed, and with a full tank of gas. I will continue returning to their dealership for my future purchases and for my car’s service.

Nothing like the other KIA dealerships, zero pushy salespeople and they genuinely seem like nice people. I have had three KIAs (now two) my whole life, two of which were purchased from Kia Country and one I bought off my dad (originally purchased from KIA country. Their level of attention and friendliness keeps me coming back. Justin, Sam, and Sal from the sales team are great. The whole experience from test drive to walking out the door with your keys to getting the car's service is a genuine satisfying feeling.

They were attentive, knowledgeable, and provided excellent guidance throughout my dealership visit. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor made me feel valued as a customer.
