I have been with Kamps for several years , the ladies in the office have been nice, Matt the Livermore driver has been very accommodating and nice with us and our remote delivery. great communication and very nice people.

A final update on Feb13, we got our propane tank refilled and now we’re all set. Thank you!Kamps Propane Manteca delivery was always very prompt, we were always happy with Kamps Propane. But, this time we’ve been waiting for 3+ weeks still not delivered yet and now our propane level is barely above 10% which makes us feeling very uncomfortable+worried when heating is running in these freezing nights. As of today Feb 9 , We truly hope we could get our propane delivered as soon as “immediate”. I’ll post update once we get our delivery.

I'm very angry right now because we signed up for Kamps "remote reporting service", which alerts them that our tank is low. Freezing temperatures and our tank had been completely empty since Friday evening! Left messages with No response. Use someone else.

I’ve been a customer of there’s for just over a year, the service has been outstanding and if you have an issue you can talk to the people directly. Not to mention great rates. I’ve dealt with three companies over the years and this one is the best. Would recommend.

Terrible response time for drop by tank refills. Sat out ther 10 mi utes and finally went into the office. They called an attendat and it took another 5 minutes of waiting. Seemed like I interrupted the attendant. Not coming back! No consideration for this customer's time.

“Pull up to the refill area and someone will help you”. Waited 45 minutes without help and went elsewhere where it’s cheaper and you actually have help.

This place has the worst customer service ever! I paid my bill and I have 6 kids and they left me with no gas all day and night with no stove and no hot water. The manager was never in and never called me back.

BEWARE - will take advantage of you and Rude Take your business elsewhere - you will thank yourself as well as save yourself a headache. Any on site visit- they will try and sell you something you don't need and when trying to communicate with them they are rude and and very ungrateful of your business.

Our Biz has been with Kamps for over 20 years, service was good to excellent back then. today I have spoken to Rosa (answers phone) about installing a forklift filler hose on our propane tank. I have called three times since last Oct 2021. Today is March 10, 2022. Enough is enough. I am moving to a new company for propane.

I Had to have my tank moved so I called and was called back to set up an appointment. From the time I talked to him on the phone to the very end of the work that needed to be done, their service man Jose Garcia was super professional and nice. Just with this interaction alone I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks Jose!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would I got a bill stating I had until the 4 August to pay they turned my gas off five days prior to that and made me wait until August 4 to unlock it then the manager told me that he wasn't sure if they even put a lock on my gas line and oh well if they did and the soonest that they would get out to remove it would be five days from when I called how ridiculous plus they call and call and call with your billing information even when it isn't due the manager was super rude proceeded to yell at me that it wasn't his fault if they couldn't remember if they had came out to put a lock on it and I was out of luck until they can get out there to take it off how unprofessional and how rude I told him I had proof that they weren't supposed to do that and he said oh well how awful definitely don't go with this propane company terrible customer service wouldn't recommend it to my worst nightmare

Second time here. Happy with the first trip. I understand a business has the right to refuse service, but a customer has the right to not spend their money at a place as well. Being that I'm fully vaccinated I walked in without a mask. On this day, May 25,2021 California does not mandate mask wearing for fully vaccinated individuals. I asked for help and the lady told me to wait outside and she would send for a gentleman to help me. She then said that when I come back in I need a mask. I asked "even if I'm fully vaccinated"? She had a rude comment accompanied by eye rolling and head gesture, "umm yes, you need a mask". I'm giving it a bad review for her attitude not the company's choice to require face masks.
