I purchased a few pieces of yardage for a baby project. But I have to say this store is just so messy, unkept, and dirty! ? The store has really gone done hill for the past 3+ years. It's just a shame.

This used to be very organized and clean for years. Even everything was put together since one of the managers left. It is so junky now this past year it's just awful I don't even wanna go in and shop because it's so junky. I hope they fix it get everything clean and organized like it used to be.

love the things at the store, but the management needs to get it together. They are completely understaffed and the current staff seem liked they are doing way more than they should. Why is corporate not helping them

Horrible customer service from two young girls one with "pink" hair and one with "blue" hair. My first experience was on 2/3 as I was checking out I asked for another bag she didn't even try to bag my stuff . I had so much o needed an extra bag she just ignored me and the phone and turned around! The second with blue hair I went to return a few items that I found cheaper on Amazon. Well I can tell she's already in a bad mood.. makes the return gives me the return receipt. I asked if I could get my old receipt she then throws it at me!!! I'm like wow!! I also want to add the store is messy I'm sure due to half staff. So if you want to avoid rude service and want to shop at a clean fully stocked store shop elsewhere.

The Manteca store has hit its all time low. They never have anything anymore, there's boxes stacked all along the back aisle, it's dirty, the "2" people working are rude, have zero time for any questions, customer service is out of the question and online orders aren't filled in a timely manner. Corporate needs a clean up crew to go in stock shelves, get inventory on track, fulfill online orders and have a job fair to hire people asap. And it's definitely not handicapped friendly. People with walkers, wheelchairs or buggies can't get down or out of an aisle without taking the whole aisle down with them.

I would give them -10 if I could. rude manager and rude sales associate. attempt to pick up order I purchased on line they were too busy to help. Weren't too busy to bill me the minute I placed the order.

I wish I could rate this disaster zone of a store 0 stars. This store is a mess! If there's a single product that's actually in its correct spot, that would be surprising. What would be even more surprising is if they actually had products in stock at all! The majority of the shelves are empty. The store looks like it's on the last few days before going out of business 24/7 and with that kind of quality, I wouldn't be surprised if they FO go out of business! Who knows where the items that are supposed to go on them are! Online it says they have 5 red hart yarns, yet not a single one in store. And IF you can actually FIND an employee to ask, they don't know anything that's going on in the store. I go here multiple times a week for project materials and this place must be a neverending revolving door of employees, because I don't think I've seen the same employee twice. No wonder, with the way the store looks, I can imagine what the management is like!

I used to love this place, they stopped processing my orders because I didn't pick up 2 orders. The app doesn't let you cancel and they took so long with the dye I preordered the first time I went in and bought it myself which is why I never showed up. Second time was for glue I no longer needed. Lastly for vinyl they canceled my pick up the very next day when I was going to get it saying it was "out of stock" after they already picked it. Now they're not filling my current order at all. They very obviously have poor management even to the point where a cashier had said she wasn't trained on the register AT ALL and they just threw her up there expecting her to just figure it out. This store needs to reevaluate who they have in management because it's obvious with them being short staffed why no one stays long there or why no one wants to work there.

The store is a total shambles and dangerous, if you looked in the back room wear house you would see a total mess boxes every where, safely is the farthest thing from there minds. Some one is going to get hurt. It's only a matter of time. Fire department please inspect this location now.

Every time I placed an order for T-shirts the order gets canceled. I spoke with a manager Alena and she said that they're all in boxes in the back but nobody can grab stuff from them. One time in early December they said I would have to wait approximately two hours for someone to get back and let me know if the shirts were actually in the back. This is ridiculous. Do better

What kind of manager snaps their fingers to get an employees attention?? Holiday lines I expect, there was only one cashier doing her job excellent and the best she could. Tell me why the manager came over scolding her for a long line and then snapping her fingers to get her attention to answer the phone. I usually like this store and the products they have inside. But Melissa, you deserve a better manager and a better job!

While I understand it's Christmas and busy there should have been more than TWO people in the entire store. One was at the cash register and one in fabric cutting. The store was a total mess. I would have given 1 star but the cashier was very nice and had a smile on her face. When I said "it looks like you need help" she smiled and said "If only"! Even if they had wanted to open another cash register, it would've been a long time because there was so much crap piled by the machines that it would've been near impossible. I really hope the corporate office sees this and makes a note and starts to change things for these poor underpaid employees.
