After a little fussing with my tempermental Chinese crested, the lady was able to cut the nails and not hurt him. He's a bit of a pill but the woman(not the owner- she was a bit nervous) handled my 4lb. monster like a real pro! Thanks darlin! WOULD DEF RECOMMEND!!

I had a small house fire in my tiny house, and it filled the entire house with smoke. I saved the cats, but they were covered in soot. I called Jackie's dog grooming and got Dana (I believe) who does the cats in the parlor. She was outstanding. She got us in as soon as she could, stayed late and squeezed us in. She really went out of her way. Thank you, we appreciate you, and I highly recommend Dana, the cats were perfectly calm when I picked them up. Happy Cats!

I always take my two Persian cats here! Dana is amazing with them and always gives them perfect haircuts and is prompt in calling when my fur babies are done highly recommend this place and trust them with my kitties!

Wow, not taking any new clients that's horrible. What kind of place is this? It had great stars and reviews, but you can't even bring your animal here. Just on that alone I have to review it and give it one star.
