My dad had a similar horrible experience as the other reviewer. Tom and the other staff were condescending. "Rude" doesn't even begin to cover these people.

I have been doing business with J & M Equipment since 2011 and have always found the Sales and Service Dept. to be very helpful. Just recently the service Manager, Hugo, was very helpful in trying to troubleshoot an issue with our forklift over the phone. We will continue to do business with J & M Equipment.
