Bad service, I don't recommend it. They took my cards for a month and they were always telling me that because they are very busy, once I picked it up, the information on the back was incorrect. I don't recommend this place at all. The person who answers the phone is a woman. and the truth is he has no education at all he said I can fix your letters but it will cost you more and right now we are very busy he meant that I am going to wait another month the truth is it is bad service

I’m honestly super disappointed in my purchase. I paid $40 for playing cards created with my sons picture on the other side within the design of the card… wait was longer than expected and reasoning was other projects ahead. Then why give me a time frame at all?? 2-3 times it was extended after losing my email of the picture of my son I did send… what?! It came out different sizes with scuffs. Said they’ll reprint but won’t be ready today. I’ve waited long enough so I just took what was made because this was for my husband and I. Keepsake of our first son…. No discount no reprint same day and no apology. I gave 1 star for even having something close to what I wanted.

Good customer service and even though there was a mistake on my end with the artwork I provided they reprinted my event tickets and they looked better than I expected. Thank you all!

They had about a week turnaround and were hundreds of dollars less than two other printers I spoke with about my projects.

I had 11 pages to fax. I think it was 16 buck for this job. Then I had it done again another 16 buck. Ok this is very important for me so 32 buck. The second time it took them 4 attempts. They got mad at me because there fax machine would not work. The older lady actually told me that I should go to kinkos. I was near a Kinko's earlier but I wanted to suport my local business. I told them that next time I would go to kinkos for "everything". Wow. Sure 32 bucks does not matter. If the local people dont buy then buy buy.

I needed heat transfer vinyls for my brand. It took more than a week for 6 small pieces, which I told them I needed it before the next week ends. Right when I got my heat transfer vinyls, it was terribly done. Right when they gave me the transfers, I had to push down some of the vinyl because they weren't sticking together. It'd be nice to have a local person to go to for my business but I'm not coming back. Communication was there but the artwork was horrible.

My go to printing place! Paula is so helpful and full of positivity. I needed a sign for my wedding (which I put off till the very last minute) and she made sure to get me everything I needed as quick and as nice as possible. Will be using her again in the future :)
