I got an oil change with their 23 pt inspection (used a coupon). They found I needed to change my oil filter and do a flush. What I really like is the results of the inspection are texted to you. All their receipts and work orders are via text/ pdf so you have a copy of the records while saving trees (all paperwork is electronic).

I took my car in for suspension inspection and diagnosis. And to have them also check for an oil leak I had been having. Not only were they able to determine where the oil leak was coming from. But they were able to fix all of the suspension problems and repairs that same day. including taking me in their shop to show me the underneath of my car where the problems were before fixing them. As for the oil leak. That work was supposed to have been done by another shop here in town. Since it was notated on my invoice. And I was charged for the gasket and repairs done. I will be taking my car back to that shop. To have the problem fixed. Wish I had found California Auto Sport first. They are the best! Trudie B

They worked on my car they said it was the master cylinder brake booster they fix those items the car was driven home the back brakes caught on fire they said it was the calipers and it wasn't the they fixed what was wrong with it which was the original problem and they said it wasn't the calipers then at the last minute to collect extra money they said it was the back calipers I had no choice but to pay for the back calipers when I had two different quotes from two different companies I contacted those companies and they said that they ran a compression test on the back calipers and my back calipers were fine I will never recommend this company they ripped us off be wary of this company if you take your car there I know they have coupons out there so just be very leery of this company they'll say one thing and then charge you a bunch of money for something else I'm actually going to the Better Business Bureau also to report them I'm sorry I never leave bad comments on the company and I try to contact management first but I did try to contact management and they said no that it is what it is so it is what it is I am also going to contact Google and all the other streaming sites that have recommendations for mechanics and shops and make sure that they know that California auto sport that goes by several different names on the Internet just so bad service so bad the mechanics are rip offsI hate to even leave one star because they deserve -10 stars

I took my car to this shop in September for oil change and AC charge since it was not cooling as well. Even though summer was over, I thought it would be good to get it ready for next summer. That turned out to be a huge blunder.The AC stopped cooling within a month of starting to use it in early April. Called them to inquire about their warranty and it turned out the warranty of their work was 30 days.Brought my car to the dealership a few weeks ago and learned that there was debris in the system. Ended up paying $1,856.14 plus tax to get it fixed.I'm never taking any of my vehicles to this shop.

One of the BEST experiences I have ever had at an auto shop. Took my Tesla here for an alignment after 10 other shops said they couldn't do it, and another shop attempted and failed and ridiculously blamed it on me (horrible experience). These guys are the exact opposite. They care more about doing a good job than they care about taking your money. They didn't ask for a single dollar, until both them and the customer (me) were satisfied with the end result. Few people have experience working on Teslas, but these guys put all hands on deck to get it done. Tesla has a lot of proprietary technology and nuisances to their vehicles, but they were diligent and committed to getting it right. After a few attempts they offered to waive the cost all together, as it was a great learning experience for them - but they persisted to try again and eventually did a good job after persistence with different techniques and adjustments. The owner, front desk, and labor staff are all friendly honest and passionate. There were even many elderly customers in the shop, all of which the owner and front desk person treated with the utmost respect and compassion. So rare to see this kind of service from an auto shop. Highly recommend for honest, passionate and dedicated service!

Received flyer for a wheel alignment special in the mail. I thought I would give it a shot. Called and made an appointment with a "Zach" today at 330pm. Showed up around 320ish so I can start on the paperwork. Person at the front with "P" on his name tag greeted me and I told him I had an appointment at 330. He said hold on and went to the back shop. 10minutes passed he came back looked at me and went back to the shop. I could see him from the lobby he was gloved up looking at an Acura. Another worker in a neon shirt came from the shop and I thought she would help me but I was ignored and she just dropped off some paperwork at the cashier area and went to the back. 5 minutes later "P" came back and assisted another customer who was mad that her car wasn't finished and he didn't even acknowledge me. Not a good impression for a potential new customer. Doubt this would be read by the owner. Just remember, if they offer coupon mailers it's probably a shitty, poorly-run business.
