I came to this location and Carrie was AMAZING. She was so nice, knowledgeable, and honestly fun to work with. She made doing my taxes so easy and stress free and helped me a lot with the app. She said that H&R Block is trying to go completely digital which made me hesitant at first because I thought it would be complicated and a lot of work - but it's actually really easy and honestly more efficient and organized. Coming here was definitely worth the money because like I said, it was stress free and she really knows what she's doing. I highly recommend making an appointment here with Carrie!

I've been going here for about 3 years and my first year was great, my tax person was asking me questions and re-verifying my information. She was great. Now my last year and this year tax person was insanely rude. She tries to pass it off being helpful when she's not. She never asks me questions, she just assumes my position financially by looking at me when I would have to stop her and tell her my new lifestyle and living situation and we would have to go back in tax paperwork to fix it. She even offered to help my taxes online when I already scheduled an office appointment. I had to remind her that I'll be seeing her in the office. Now when we were finishing my taxes she schedule my appointment ahead of time next year "over the phone". Instead of asking me for an in office appointment again (Which I always have) and she just made the choice for me. And selected phone appointment. This lady just seemed like she didn't want ANYONE in her office space to do taxes. I didn't want to fuss because I went after work but these "tax pros" should not do what this lady did to me and be trained to have manners and ask questions.
