“Ok so, rooms are clean and large, very family friendly with the space in the rooms. They are not fancy but tidy and efficient. Beds are decent but the linen is thin so you may want to bring warm blankets. The breakfast is nothing fancy, it’s bad cafeteria food, like a cheap breakfast at a cheap hotel but there is a lot to choose from and your kids won’t notice. The donut place is a better choice and if I had it to do over I would have just gotten that rather than paid for the breakfast package. I recommend the other packages like the build a bear, unlimited drinks, and ice cream package. The staff is very friendly, well mannered, polite, and upbeat mostly. I thought that was impressive considering all the stress and craziness they work in. The “fancy” restaurant there was actually good. Not amazing but the chicken nachos were tasty and the kids menu and portions were perfect! Also very good service. The pools are packed on the weekend so it’s intense but your kids will love it. There is an up charge on everything so it’s best to get the package deals. The arcade is a huge waste because over half of the arcade games are broken- not joking they actually are. The arcade is total rip off. Buckets the hamburger and French fry place is also basic but the pizza place is decent. The location is not that great but you don’t notice because you are in the hotel pool area the whole time. Don’t waste your money on the magic quest. Your kid will want it but it’s pretty pointless and very overpriced. The candy shop and build a bear a worth it. All and all for young kids, the water park, the friendly staff, ice cream, candy shop, and build a bear is great for them. As an adult it’s not great but again your kids will think it is. Oh there are adult drinks!

Food & drinks: Only recommend the Donut shop, the candy shop, ice cream shop and the steak restaurant. Buckets and the breakfast place are not good at all. The pizza place is ok.

Noteworthy details: Perfect for kids under 13. Clean. Great staff and service. Safe. A lot of up charges if you don’t buy packages. The pools are packed on the weekend I would suggest a weekday stay. There are adult drinks at the bar. It’s crowded on Saturday- too crowded. My 6 year old twins had a great time. The wave pool is fun. The water slides are fun too and there are several. The lazy river is too crowded to enjoy. The outdoor pool has no shade.”

“I stayed a week. Wonderful staff. Very good housekeeping. Breakfast is included. Don't expect to much; it's a Holiday Inn.
Good location for walking to a variety of restaurants. Many homeless around all the shopping and restaurants.”

“This may have been the best hotel experience I have ever had. My room was spotless, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I booked through hotels.com and needed to add a day and they walked me through the entire process and made sure I could stay in the same room. The continental breakfast was tasty and available every day. There’s a nice little pool and hot tub that were clean. If you want to work out there’s a fitness center as well. Lastly, the location is a huge draw as well. Safety isn’t a concern. There are many restaurants within walking distance and a huge Bass Pro Shop across the street.”

“The Room sizes are Large, clean and comfortable, everything works, also directly across the street is a grocery outlet, dollar tree, and convenient store for those who need a drink after a long drive, As well as a Gas station, McDonald's, and other places just down the block.

Safety: The area is well lit, and staff take care of the property with security cameras and live in management.”

“Room is okey. A bit old but still fine.Has a tv, fridge and microwave.Problem is the toilet doesn’t flush right away.Other than that , everything is okey and still serves its purpose.”
