Took my son here and it was a great experience. We've taken him to a few places where they did a horrible job but the woman who cut his hair did an amazing job! We walked in and it was easy and quick. I recommended it to another person and they also had a great experience. Reasonable prices, quick service, super friendly staff.

WORST customer service!!! Save your time and don’t come here. I came here and as a mom I had my 2 kids with me. They told me it was a 30 minute wait and I let them know that is fine. 1 hour passes by and multiple people that didn’t checked in on the app was getting their hair cut before me! They did not once ask for my name they knew my name because I told them when I first got there!!! I felt like they were skipping my name because in the app it would say I was first in line for the last 20 minutes I was waiting. It was a older lady with glasses and 2 African American ladies there. I was really looking forward to getting my haircut here they seemed nice at first I don’t know what the problem was.. I’m new to the area… I was being patient and waited a whole hour with my 2 kids under 5 years old. NEVER COMING BACK HERE! worst experience I ever had non friendly environment. I had no idea they were going to act the way they did didn’t even bother to ask or care that I was waiting for a long time with my 2 year old and four year old knowing I was the last person there for over an hour! New people was coming in and checking in when I was there before them I dont understand why they were so rude..

Behavior of one employee, she is old lady with glasses her behavior with customer is very suspecious i do not appreciate this can not be acceptable lawfully, i was sitting our there she was discussing about me that my expression is something is like that bla bla i am going to this branch from years but this will not be acceptable she can not discuss about any other customers with other customers. I think manager or owner need to do follow up with her it can creat a big conflect in store.

Friendly staff.Try to check jn online or use GreatClip app to check in. So that you can reduce the wait time. Also you can see the current wait time on their app or online .

Love the one in manteca on main Street check in online get there and wait about 5 minutes and you will be out of there in less than 15 minutes.

Worse cut I've had yet ... it's bad ... I been here a couple of times and it was decent... but this time she knew she messed up and kept making it worse.... SMH.....

Hairdressers/Barbers are great. Friendly atmosphere. 3 stars is for their online check in. Whats the point of doing that? The time keeps going up instead of going down!! Are they accepting walk-ins when you have ppl checking in online?

Please for the love of God don't go here! Indian lady who cut my hair used a dirty comb with other people's hair. Not to mention she royally messed up my beard and hair cut to where I now have to shave both completely off. Will never go back and will tell everyone I know to avoid this place like a plague!Services: Haircut
