I being trying to get somebody to call back from this company about to rent a scissors lift for about 2 weeks and nobody call back, this is not a place to wait for service sims like it..best way, go straight to the store.poor quality phone system..

Wonderful Company the customer service is Top Of the line, I had a problem with my forklift, I spoke to a wonderful gentleman named Dave, told him my problem he had a tech out right away to fix my problem. (Great Service) 10/10 Recommended for any service!

Your source for old, hard to find, expensive forklift parts, except they are cheaper than anyone I could find on the net. Dan in the parts dept. is an extremely good parts man. He is on his game, like no other. He follows up and keeps customers informed of pending orders and availability issues. On my first visit, I walked in and said "I am working on an Allis Chalmers forklift." I expected to be told that parts were no longer available. To my surprise, Dan asked for the serial number, and what I needed, and got right on the phone and had my parts a few days later. The best I could do on the internet was over $500 for a master cylinder and 2 wheel cylinders. Dan ordered and got the RIGHT parts for less than $200. I needed more parts for an other A/C forklift recently. I couldn't find some of the parts, but the ones I did were over $300. I called Dan, gave him the S/N and the list and picked up all my correct parts for $200. I won't be wasting my time looking up forklift parts on the web anymore. If the rest of Gold Coast Lift Trucks operates as efficiently as Dan does, this is a real find. Keep rocking the forklift parts world, Dan!

Excellent company to do business with. Called in and spoke with Dave who was very helpful and got a tech out right away. Technician that came out was very professional and overall was the best experience I've ever had with a forklift company.
