I highly recommend first American title in Manteca especially working with Rhonda and Alicia. First American is very prompt and professional. The team really helped us down to the littlest document needed. They also gave recommendations when necessary. They communicated very well and they followed up every time. I always felt like I was in the loop and I would have the answer right away. I primarily dealt with Rhonda but also Alicia and I must say that both ladies were very professional and if I needed anything they were accommodating. I will always use First American as long as they maintain the service that I was demonstrated in my recent transaction. They are hospitable, it feels warm and inviting when you come into their office, and I would recommend working with First American title to anybody in a real estate business or anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
