It's too bad they don't deal with the public anymore what a sad company if I've got to order bolts online I'll just order them from China cheaper I guess we don't need Fastenal anymore if we can't get local products

We buy a bunch of stuff here, have had semi success. But now purchased a specialty drill bit. Tried to us it would not cut butter. Spent 500 bucks on a drill press waited 10 days for drill press to get here. Put their bit in it and still would not cut mild metal. Took back and they would not replace or credit account since over 10 days old so I spent 500 additional dollars trying to make their $69 bit relevant and no help on their part. Went to our local tractor repair company borrowed a bit and completed holes in seconds.

This store rips people off. A box of staples at lowes, home depot or any place else is around 50.00. Here at fastenal 175.00 or more. Needed a box fast, everyone else needed to order, so went there. They never stated on web page or when I called for availability that the do not take cash. We are a cash only company. Should have remembered how they jack up the prices, priced something awhile ago. Will never shop there again, will wait till other stores stock up. If you like paying double the price or more shop here.
