Excel is an awesome gym! The coaches are great, the people are amazing and the classes are challenging and fun! I am so glad I joined this gym! I am excited to keep coming here for years to come!

Such an amazing community. Old style CrossFit with so many good Workouts. The coaches are amazing and pay attention to technique and your overall safety. Since day 1 I’ve felt welcomed and included which makes a huge difference.
