“I have known this store since the day It opened. They have always been there to help. PEOPLE own and run this store. Now, to the woman whose son was just shopping for a guitar. If it was me as the owner, I would have had him show me he could play on a demo guitar FIRST. Noel then, would I let him touch one that the store owned. If that music store was my store, which it is not, I would be protecting my inventory which is an investment that I had to pay for with a vengeance. Here's the deal, if your son dropped that expensive guitar and damaged it, who should be liable? Well.....YOU. You now owe me full price for that guitar. I have purchased several thousand dollars in guitars from Janis Music over the decades. They are a true blessing to this community. I will always go there first, even if I have to wait for my order to be shipped. I love these guys. They know what they are doing, and not just selling a bunch of stuff. I trust Janis Music. I have gone to guitar center for the entertainment value just to look. I have done some impulse buying just because I was there. I would never buy a guitar off the shelf there, either. I see these young guys come in just to bang on a guitar and leave. The store does not care. I am now 74 and spent a lifetime with Janis music. I will continue to support them until all I am is a memory to others.”

“Never had any probs here at this metro. Always taken care of business here unlike a couple other metros ive been to over the years. Always a good experience here at this store. I only give it 4 instead of 5 because they still charge you money to pay your bill in person and thats the only problem with metro that i can see.”

Was looking for a specific snack recently, they did not stock it, asked the staff person, she said she would get the vendor to stock it, and next visit, this 7-Eleven had it! Now that's customer service!For the most part, it seems relatively safe, there are times after 9ish, there are some people that like to hang out with their belongings on the sidewalk adjacent to the store in the evening, just something to keep in mind if you go with your family for a quick snack run.”

As a disabled person it was a tough lesson to learn that 7-11 policy is to give self serve only 3 minutes to start gas before the pump shuts off? Had to struggle back in repay and trudge straight to the pump again lol.
The employees were awesome, offered to pump while I sat. Just remember to pay at the pump whether going inside or not. Ok And I do recommend going in :)”
“I want to recognize Susan at the Optical department at the Manteca Target for the excellent service they provided to me. One of my lenses fell out of my eye glasses and I had difficulty seeing without my glasses. Since I had an order to pickup there I decided to go in and see if they could pop the lens back. They had asked if I had purchased the glasses there and I told them no and explained that the Optometrist where I purchased would not be able to see me until Monday afternoon. Susan looked at the glasses and said no problem and even replaced my nose pads at no charge for the service. Not very often you find this kind of customer service. I highly recommend them and give them a 5 Star.”
