At this point in time Walmart prices really serve my budget and so we choose to come here quite often for groceries and household needs. What is the most challenging part of this store is the workers. Some of them are just gross. Today one of the baggers literally pulled out her snot rag and blew her nose then proceeded to tuck her snot tissue back in her vest and then used those same booger fingers to touch all our items and juice lids. This is not the first time I've seen this sort of unhygienic habits from the employees. The dominos inside also had workers not using gloves assembling pizzas. Back when I worked in the food industry, gloves were required. I'm not that old, so I'm sure the standards are still the same. It's shocking to see how gross the carts are, how filthy the store is and how little the employees care about being sanitary! The only positive is Walmart has literally everything I need under one roof and the store is organized well.

25 damn minutes checking out. Just ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Customer in the front of line buying corn on the cob. Cashier couldn't find price. Customer looking up bar code on phone for 10 minutes. I won't be back here. I'll be complaining to corporate also.

kind of trashy. crowded and not many lines open. fruit and veggies look yucky. Ive always used self checkout cause even with more stuff I'm faster than the clerks. went to use it and the rude guy there with a mustache and tattoos waited till I was about to start ringing up my stuff to tell me it's 20 items or less now. When I asked since when i didn't see a sign. he said there is one. I had to hunt for it. it was a SMALL sign. (let me educate him- you check the line for people with more than 20 and let them know policy is now 20 items or less, you don't let them wait in line when you SEE they have like 25 items. then wait till they walk past you and grab the scanner to say "20 items or less". he needs to go be a stocker if he can't communicate with customer) so I had to go re wait in another line where the cashier is slow as heck to check out. the next time I went kind of late. wouldn't you know it. there was NO cash registers open Not ONE. so they told me to use self checkout. hmmmmm. I will drive out of my way from now on to use a different Walmart or go to target instead

Came to Purchase a bike for my daughter and I asked an employee for assistance and the employee instead of helping me said they're going to send someone for assistance. I waited almost half hour and I went to customer service to get assistance and complain about lack of customer service. They said they'll send someone. Again waited 20+ minutes with no response. The lack of customer service is bad! Too many registers empty, too many employees too busy stocking shelves to assist their customers! I'd give no stars If that was an option.

This Walmart has the worst customer service. No one picks up the phone. I have been trying every department for the last 2 hours. I went to this Walmart yesterday evening and made a lot of purchase. I asked the cashier to put my produce in the bag which all the other household things I put in the cart. The cashier forgot to give me the bag with the produce and I didn't realize it at the time. I have been trying to call Walmart to confirm if they found the bag with my produce before going there but no one is picking up the phone. I tried all departments. The management needs to be changed for this store to provide a better customer service. I see that this is a major complaint from the other reviewers but it seems like nothing is being done to resolve this. I will never go back to this store and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Online it says money center opens at 6 am. But when you get there they don't open til 8. I should have went to Tracy. I hate this Manteca store. Don't recommend. And the employees are rude

I wish i can give 0 star this is for deli employee African American who was pissed off from her own job nd decided not to serve me, i simply asked her i need a hot dog, she said which one i said the one which is 1.50$, she did not understood wut i was-saying i pointed out which one but she was not able to figure out which one, i told her if i point out u will not see it bcoz of a big sticker on the storage shelve glass which covering the food, i dont know wuts wrong with her she said that i m rude nd she walked away, if u dont wanna work simply quit

The absolute worst customer service. This Walmart needs new management. The store filthy dirty, the employees don't want to help you! And forget calling this Walmart because your call goes unanswered! It's ridiculous!! I will drive the extra miles to Tracy Walmart or to the Modesto location and recommend you all do the same!!

Most of the pictures are of smashed products, some of the hair gel has fingerprints in them and the top of soap is open and the self has a rotten banana.

If you want to be miserable this is the place for you. Hunt your own cart, take pics of all pricing on shelves to make sure they price out correctly at check out n check yourself out n if not priced correctly they won't fix it for you they just say prices went up Don't matter what it says on the shelf and don't forget you get to pay extra for each bag

Racist store. They got into a whole fight with a woman because they ASSUMED she didn't pay for something. Yes, she was a person of color. Stressing her out and her children and even tried to take her product she paid for. Walmart needs to tell their employees that LEGALLY they cannot check receipts, "A Walmart greeter cannot force you to show your receipt. There is also no legal backing to this practice unless they have reasonable proof to suspect you of shoplifting." The woman had a receipt for the purchase and they still tried taking the item, they didn't even give her the chance to show them. Absolutely ridiculous.

Don't call the local Walmart for baker, deli, app orders, or even operator assistance. In fact only the pharmacy will answer your calls to this Walmart. The pharmacy assistant transferred me to a line that wasn't answered, so she was not aware none of other lines available. So, don't waste time trying to get any customer service. We went to store and was informed no one tends the phones lines!!! Walmart needs to just list line that works. That's Pharmacy! Wiseup Walmart!!
