DO NOT GO HEREIt is in the vary back of a hotel and I waited in a 20 minute line just to be told that you have to have a room in order to get doughnuts since there card reader was down. Also since when does an American business not accept cash??? Safe to say, never going back.

Terrible experience—I ordered a medium coffee, and it arrived only half-filled and cold. To make matters worse, I received the wrong donuts.

It's a win for donuts..but remember it's a donut place.. don't expect an excellent breakfast from the menu. I didn't order anything else. The whole family was very happy and they were good!! Not the best in the world but definitely hit the spot for a yummy fun breakfast : )

Solid average choice. Nothing to write home about but I enjoyed it. Got in line at like 7:30am and was met with a full line. Waited less than 30 minutes. Got a sourdough breakfast sandwich and butter pecan iced coffee. Overall met my morning needs of food and caffeine. The workers are friendly enough and the order came out very quickly after ordering (less than 5 minutes?)Seems like most people just come to this yelp page to file a complaint. This gets a firm 3 stars on its own and an extra star on top of that for convenience if you're staying in the Great Wolf Lodge.

This has to be the worst customer service I've had in awhile. Came on June 19th @ 1:35 pm at the Great Wolf Lodge. just in case a manager wants to check the schedule of who was on shift. I had bought a Signature Carmel Latte for my husband and it was a FULL LARGE CUP. I went back 20 minutes later and order the EXACT SAME THING....and it was about 1/3 less? I went to show the same guy that made it and he claimed that the serving I received the 2nd time was a LARGE size, amx that because whip cream melts that is what I get. Ummm, no. That was absolutely not what I received the on the first order. Being in customer service myself, you would think he would make the situation right off the bat. Nope. He continued to ARGUE with me. I told him that I wanted it remade and wanted a large one like I had ordered. He then went to fill upa cup with REGULAR BREWED COFFEE? What? That is not what I paid for. He was rude and acted confused that I wanted the ORIGINAL order remade. Never did he apologize and gave me full on attitude filled with the most disrespectful rudeness I've seen in a long time. This is unacceptable for any business to be conducted . He remade the Latte and basically slammed it on the counter, still with so attitude. I will surely NOT return to a Dunkin' if this kind of customer service is consistant with the what I experienced today.

Great customer service the two times I went! Once when I first got there in the afternoon forgot my morning coffee so I opted for the pineapple punch which was recommended by a worker after asking what drinks had caffeine. They did state this was going to have a full rockstar and if I was ok with that. Great recommendation it tasted good! The next day in the morning the line was super long but went quickly so no complaints. The gentleman who was the barista that day was very friendly and made my caramel macchiato with oat milk perfectly ! My niece dropped one of her donuts and they gave her a new one. The only downfall was that they didn't have much back up donuts waiting in the back if they were out of the donut in the window they definitely didn't have anymore. But doesn't hurt to ask if they do.

We waited 45 minutes in line. Just to be told their credit card machine is down, and they don't accept cash. They were only willing to do room charge, but not willing to set it up for us. They claimed they had announced that there machine was down, but no one in my group ever heard them say anything. I would say they provided poor service but infact, they gave us no service at all. The manager was just standing there. Not doing anything. Apparently he thinks handing empty cup to the baristas is beneficial. Never again.

Dunkin' needs to be sued. A vanilla latte has 2 shots of espresso. However, after ordering a small vanilla latte I told the staff that my drink didn't taste like espresso and I suspected there was only one shot. After taking to the staff they stated that they always make a small latte with a single shot. This calls for a class action lawsuit against Dunkin' as that's not how a latte is made. They then remade my drink and gave it to me in a medium and they said that's the only way to order it with 2 shots of espresso. However, a large latte doesn't come with 3 shots so I'm confused and this just seems like a cheap money grab on Dunkin' part.

Notes: (1) Does NOT take the Dunkin app (2) Inside Great Wolf Lodge.As many have mentioned, coffee is overpriced and doesn't taste great. The munchkins were a bit stale for sone of the flavors. The lines weren't as long when we went around 9:30 AM but we had to wait a bit for coffee and munchkins.

My son was extremely disappointed by the coffee we overpaid for. I tried it and I don't blame him. It was pretty bad. I'm sad they don't have a local donut place inside the lodge. I think it would be better.
