If you're black and in the store a little too long they will ask you if you need help multiple times and keep eyes on you. Walk down aisles you're in for no reason at all. Gotta love racism.

My husband and I started using the services at this pharmacy about six months ago, and it has been a terrible ride from the start. Some of the workers are not familiar with how medical billing works. We've had multiple issues with the staff getting my husband's billing incorrect. The pharmacy staff is VERY rude. My husband is a senior citizen who is not very technology savvy, so he may not understand some of the reasons why CVS conducts their business as they do, and most times requests an explanation to help him understand. There are zero pharmacy employees with patience at this CVS location. They treat my husband like he's a second-class citizen. Every pharmacy staff member that he and I have encountered has been uncivil. There are no pharmacy employees at this location who display empathy, patience, or traits of exemplary customer service. The staff is ill-mannered, discourteous, harsh, obnoxious, ignorant to senior citizens, and the level of attention-to-detail that they may require, unpleasant, and highly offensive. If this were a member of their families, I'm sure the level of disrespectful treatment that is personified to the tenth power toward my husband would be unacceptable to them and their family members. They are untrustworthy because their attitudes are so egregious that we don't feel safe picking up authentic prescriptions from this location anymore. Previously, my husband told me that a pharmacy employee at this CVS pharmacy hung up the phone in his face, but tonight, I was a witness to it when my husband called CVS to inquire about why his medications are still on auto-refill when he has been repeatedly asking, as I did, to be removed from the auto-generated medication refills service. I spoke to a pharmacy employee in person and requested that he gets removed from the auto-generated medication list. During that time, I was told that he would be removed. This was over a month ago. Tonight, after my husband spoke to the CVS pharmacist who argued and yelled at him, my husband requested to speak to a pharmacy manager. The pharmacist immediately hung up the phone in his face. Right away, he tried to call back after having the phone hung up in his face by a CVS pharmacist, but someone picked up the phone at the pharmacy then hung it up again because they knew it was my husband calling back. He continued trying to call the pharmacy back but no one answered. So, these are the types of pharmacy employees that CVS hires to service the community? Maybe they talk to their fathers and uncles, and grandfathers that way, but in my world, this kind of behavior is unacceptable and rude, and will not be tolerated by my husband or me. We refuse to be bullied or accept the continued customer service abuse radiated by CVS pharmacy employees. From our experiences at this location, the CVS pharmacy employees lack customer relations and humanity skills and are clearly not fit to serve the community. I will be filing a formal complaint with the CVS Corporate office as soon as possible. CVS | 1175 W Lathrop Rd, Manteca, CA 95336

This is a review for the COVID 19 PCR test for travel testing. Really impressed on how they process the incoming patients thru their drive thru system. The ones on the LEFT lane is only for COVID 19 test and on the right is for the Pharmacy. Everything has a sign where you need to go. Kaylee called and made sure you will show up on your appointment time. The process was very fast and efficient! Thank you CVS LATHROP for this systematic approach on the drive thru COVID 19 PCR testing. Thanks to Kaylee for explaining all the process and for making sure everything matched on the form and on the sample label. She also explained on how to register "MyChartOnline" to get your results. Keep up the great work! If you need COVID 19 PCR test done for travel purposes, I highly recommend you to go to CVS in Lathrop. Thank you.

Switched to this pharmacy due to convenience, it's more expensive then where I used to go, but I figured i'd be saving time..WRONG..long wait time and rude pharmacists are not worth the it. I left work 30 minutes early to pick up prescriptions before closing time. Got there 2 minutes after 8pm..2 minutes...the pharmacist would not attend me because they closed at 8pm. He said 8pm is 8pm. Sad thing..he was the pharmacy manager! I should have read all the negative comments before switching pharmacies. Makes me wonder if anyone from CVS is reading the reviews and trying to fix the problem. Probably not! What a shame!

I've had this pharmacy for about 4 years now. Every month they give me the wrong prescription EVEN THOUGH I have a note in my file saying otherwise. Every month I have to fight to get my correct medicine. Going to a different pharmacy.

Seriously SO ANNOYING there is NEVER enough help here!!! We have begun to switch pharmacies because of the wait and lack of help!! Which is really a bummer bc the location is so convenient, but why be convenient if the wait and lack of adequate help :( I really hope this changes AND fix the darn drive up window!!!!

I used to love this pharmacy for many years. Sylvia seems professional and most of the staff. As someone who uses the pharmacy on a regular basis, I have seen a real shift in the service in recent months. RAY is a complete joke. He can't get an order right. If you like being toyed with, inconvenienced and even left without necessary medications, go ahead and hand your prescription to him. He never fails.

I believe the pharmacist was extremely rude.. We asked a question about my prescription and she became EXTREMELY Rude!! Beware of this CVS.!!

Manager that was doing the checkout was very rude. He was really bothered that I was paying with cash. He then was sharing with the other cashier so customers could hear that the lady before me was the one that the police talked to him about. This was no ones business.
