On Friday June 28th, I went into cricket wireless and Stephanie was there to assist me in bringing my number over to cricket and becoming a cricket customer, she went above and beyond , and was extremely helpful , and understanding, I received excellent customer service , in my purchase, and would recommend going to this store if your becoming.a cricket customer , as her communication, assistance and sales pitch were very much professional and appreciated, thank you , Stephanie for all your help!

Terrible service ? the girl sold me a service for my tablet... she charged me the activation money... and just after putting in the chip she broke my tablet and she said she couldn't activate it, I checked the tablet and the touch didn't work, then I asked her to He would return my money that I had paid for the activation, which was 84 dollars, and he refused, saying that he would only return me $50 dollars in credit and nothing more. I told him that he would also be responsible for the tablet that broke me, and he told me flatly that he would not do it. I felt very frustrated because she is her own manager, there was no one else who could support me and in support with cricket they couldn't solve anything for me either.. terrible service if I could give fewer stars I would.

This store is fantastic they help in the community a lot and we want cricket to grow more and bring others to cricket . I recommend this store Anie is a good supervisor I have visited this store before it was different management and they weren't really helping a lot of people like They help NOW!
