We needed a tire fixed on Sunday 7-21-23 at around 9:15am. My husband wanted to ask a question if we could get our tire repaired so that we can return home to the central coast. This guys response was “I cant even talk to you because we are not even opened yet! Wow terrible response to a customer.

Went in for a rotation and balance . Walked out with a broken lug nut. Took about an hour and I was the only customer with an appointment at that time. Won’t come back to this tire shop. Horrible service .
