WARNING!!!!! WARNING!!!! Whites only business!!!!! I'm scared to even go inside this bank because multiple tellers have already made it very clear that they are racist AF always judging me and making me feel like I'm not welcome and asking me questions a simple minded woman teller has no business asking a man. Avoid going inside at all costs if you must go inside just drive to Modesto to be treated like a human.

I ordered a Wheelchair online via a Facebook Ad and canceled my order after reading the poor reviews. I immediately called Citi Bank card and informed them of this transaction and that I had canceled my order. I also had Citi Bank card cancel my bank card and issue me a new number to prevent any future problems. The vendor sent me an empty envelope with a shipping label attached and told Citi Bank they had shipped my order. I took a photo of the envelope and sent it to Citi Bank. Citi recharged my card and told me I had to pay the charges. I told them I never received a product. They told me I should request a refund from the vendor as Citi has denied my claim and expected me to pay even though I never received any merchandise. I have been a customer with Citi for 20 years and have always paid my balance in full every month. I told Citi Bank I would no longer be a customer if they would not resolve this issue. The customer service person at Citi said I should file a complaint with the Secretary of State and the Better Business Bureau. She said CitiBank policy would not allow her to make any adjustments.

One of the tellers always makes me feel super uncomfortable when I go here. It seems as if she almost doesn't think that it's my bank account. She always seems very suspicious and weird when I go in to make transactions. The last time I went in, she even had me resign something to how I did when I "first opened up my bank account", yes she literally told me that. Unfortunately, this is the closest location to me, but now I try to go to the one in Modesto when I'm at work, they're much nicer there!

I came to this bank twice trying to complete a specific task (private), but the people who work there are unfamiliar with their bank rules, not even the branch manager. The first time I went they asked for certain papers and I came back and got it for them. And the second time hoping it will resolve, but no they kept on trying to find out anything that could possibly delay the process. They should really go get some serious training from the Bay Area branches who operates bigger and bigger branches than them. They were fumbling through papers and papers trying to understand how to process a certain task. They are not even that courteous to you. Definitely won't recommend this branch to anyone! Citibank is definitely loosing my business after 15 plus years with them. This is built up frustration and not just from a one time incident.

They aren't even courteous enough to call you back. I've been there multiple times, only a few people in their bank, but they're, "too busy today" and "don't worry hun, well give you a call." I would respect them if they just called me and told me that I can't bank there, or they can't help me out.

Went in with my brothers and was asked by a short haired elderly woman who worked there why we want to bank there. She then proceeded to name other banks we should bank at. Then so be it, I will choose other banks for my family businesses. My 20 years of experience have I ever seen this kind of unprofessional display.
