I got a reference from a friend she said Christys is the place to take your fur babies too. She was nice and flexible with time. When we got there she started right away and was quick and very good. We had a nail trim my Miss. Riley hates it regardless who's doing it! Christy was fast and did a great job. We scheduled a 3 week next appointment we are very happy! We will keep going there. Thank you Christy see ya soon

Alright this was my first and last time.. DON'T USE CHRISTY'S PET GROOMING! First off, they told me Pippa needs to go pee before entering their building because she peed in one of their crates today. Mind you, my dog did go pee before we went inside.. and they had her for 2 hours. Pippa is used to going outside every 30mins-2hours to potty. Secondly- they said oh she's probably not house trained... UM WHAT?! My dog IS house trained. I've worked very hard to get her house trained (we still have accidents but that's to be expected) Thirdly- "oh you're dog is probably a rescue dog" WHY DOES IT MATTER IF SHE IS OR ISN'T? Yes, she is a rescue dog, i got her 2 hours before she was going to be euthanized. Fourth- "she tilts her head so she might be uneven" umm okay, the other groomer never had an issue with that And last BUT not LEAST- they razor burned her paws all 4 of them.. I just noticed this when she was laying down. When I touch it she yelps in pain. What kind of groomer says that kind of stuff?! I am OUTRAGED! my baby means the world to me! Yes, she's not perfect at all but she's still a dog and dogs need to be treated like family no matter where they're at.

My mom has been taking our dogs here for a while. Today they called her to tell her the dog was ready to be picked up and was told to pick them up immediately as they were only open from 9-3 and Yelp says 4 pm closing time. My mom said she would be there at 3:15 and the employee told my mom she does not have time to wait for her to get there at 3:15 because she has kids and things to do and if she was late she would charge her a late fee. Very unprofessional. If you have to close early let the customer know upon dropping off the per we are not mind readers to guess your personal schedule. Also change your hours on yelp. It was not necessary to speak to a customer that way we are paying for a service. Needless to say we will no longer be using this company.

I took my recently rescued Shih Tzu (12yrs young) in for grooming. He is very temperamental about his paws and face. She did her best to start off slow but he was having no part of it so I came to pick him up. She took the time to talk about his skin and hair condition and other things that might be happening with him. I'll have to take him to the Vet to be sedated to get him trimmed, but I do appreciate her advice!!

Christy is always so sweet to my Savannah and never too busy to answer a question. She’s been in the business a long time and knows what she is doing.

LOVE LOVE Christy and her guidance. We have a new puppy that needs extra grooming and a hair type we aren't familiar with and Christy has been extremely helpful.

I've been going to Christy's Pet Grooming for a few years now and I love her grooming, and her scheduling, and especially that I can pick my 5 lb poodle up in 2-3 hours. I used to despise leaving my dog at another groomer and not pick her up until 6-8:00 pm. Christy has also squeezed me in when she knew I had a special occasion and wanted Sophie to look and smell sweet! Once even on her day off. I would recommend Christy to anyone.

This was the first time I brought my dog here and I will never take my dog here again. Besides the fact that she came home with cuts on her belly, she was very thirsty and tired, and the owner was so rude to me when I picked up my dog. I certainly did not expect such unprofessional manner towards me especially considering the fact that I never met this lady before and this was my first time having my dog groomed at this shop. This is definately not a good way to build more cliental or gain referrals. She complained about how bad and vicious my dog was. She also expressed how irritated she was because she claims my dog was barking all day and she had to take extra time with my dog because of her behavior. My dog is not agressive and is not a barker and even if she had barked this is a pet grooming facility and I would imagine that dogs probably bark especially when they are out of thier normal element. A dog barking should probably be expected. Thats like working for a child care and not expecting to hear children making noise or crying. This was the first complaint from any groomer I have taken my dog to. This was not her first time being groomed and the owner accused me of lying about my dogs behavior. She said that many people lie about their dogs behavior when they drop their pets off. If My dog was aggresive she would have probably not have happily went into the arms of one of the employees when I dropped her. She also upset because she said my dog went to the retroom in the kennel. She said my dog is not trained very well and also suggested I take my dog to see a vet because her unruly behavior was not normal. My dog is house trained, kennel trained, and does a many tricks. She is trained very well. This was such an upsetting experience here. I do not suggest anyone take their dogs here to someone who is not very friendly or patient with your pet.
