My experience is always top notch Customer Care, not just Customer Service with Bob and Casey. I am most impressed by their personal requests for getting cigarettes nobody wants to stock. Some smoke shops promise but never come through. This store does. Need anything, come here. Casey and Bob will take care of you always with a smile.

Best Cigarette Store in town! If you want it and they don’t have it, they can probably get it! Excellent customer service and there’s always a smiling face that takes the time to know their customers. One of the best parts of my day is coming here!

They are ok if you smoke an want some cheap prices but I vape I went there to get vape juice and right now they only have tabaco flavor vape juice I would recommend go somewhere else if you vape but if you smoke Thay are good

POOR SERVICE POOR SELECTION AND MISSING THE BEST MANGER EVERY TRACY ALWAYS HAD MY SPECIAL ORDER IN STOCK ONCE A MONTH 5 CARTONS AND WHEN I CAME IN THIS PERSON LOOKS AT ME LIKE IM NUTS WELL TRACY AND HIS FAMILY ARE NO LONGER AT THIS STORE AND I WONT BE EITHER LOST A GREAT MANGER AND LOTS OF CUSTOMERS I AM SURE PS THERE ARE CLOSER NICER STORES IN TOWN I CAME FOR THE SERVICE

Went today just now and believe it or not Bob and Tracy are no longer there,! Under new management, same owners. Breaks my heart to not have been able to see or say see ya later to two awesome guys. Hope to see you around one day. Good people aren't replaceable. Why change something great to what you see in every smoke shop in town?! I'm not saying the new "management" aren't nice or anything else but it's to bad they are no longer there. I'm sure a lot of people that go there will be d*** founded too. Smh ?
