Understaffed, extremely slow and the staff does not know how to do standard transactions with out additional help. Waited over 1hr with 5 people ahead of me in line and two tellers working. Ridiculous. It's always like this.

Coming here always sucks. They need to update the atm software so that we could use out phones here. Ever freaking time. I wait in line for fake promises.

They are so rude here. They never answer their phone so you have to go in and then when you ask them questions they have no answers or they treat you like you’re d**** I won’t be coming to this location any longer. I’m actually considering switching all my accounts to another bank. Chase has to realize these are the people on your frontlines and at this point chase doesn’t offer enough incentive to make dealing with the lack of customer Service worth it.

I have Power of Attorney and hospital letter that my husband who had a stroke and brain surgery and cannot sign or handle his affairs and Chase wants more than other banks to allow access- verification letter from the paralegal preparer that they did prepare the POA.US Bank was wonderful and encouraging -I can pay his bills with the doctors and hospital letter and POA letter. US Bank is the way to go- this isn’t my bank either, but I’m impressed.Check with your bank what they need if you have to sign on someone’s account. Chase makes it difficult and has to set up an appointment where the other banks don’t have that nonsense- you walk right in and talk to loan officer or whoever you need. As soon as possible I will withdraw every cent and take it to another bank.

The lobby hours are different than walk in hours and that should really be stated if I loose my card I can't get into the locked lobby.

I've never had a bad experience here. They're always very friendly and helpful. Today management came out to greet guests; that was really nice esp during the stressful times of covid (&the election). Great job to this particular branch!!

Usually when I come into this Chase , I get everything taken care of no problem and good customer service. However, every time I go to the teller and get the African American woman with light complexion, I have a bad experience. Her customer service skills are bad and she's super rude. She does not greet the customer(s) in a welcoming way. I went in today to do 2 different things. After I finished my first transaction, she didn't ask if I needed anything else. I then proceeded to tell her I needed to do another transaction (withdraw $) and she didn't ask how I would like my bills or if I wanted an envelope. This is not my first bad experience with her , as I have had several. I don't know her name because she never wears her name tag unlike the others. If you go to this Chase, avoid being helped by her.

They dont need your business. Tried to open a business checking account. After being told to sign in and have a seat I waited for the business account banker to finish with her current customer for 20 minutes. Once she was done I was told her next available appointment was two hours from now and could I come back then. There was not one other customer in the bank. I dont want to have to make an appointment everytime I go to the bank. The business banker couldn't come and tell me herself or ask what I needed but sent her underling over. I'll go elsewhere.
