‼️ PRICE GOUGING‼️. A box of 4 tiny protein bars is $9.99. The same box of the same flavor of protein bars is $8.89 at Target. They had tiny Nylabone brand dog chews priced at $14.99 when the same product and other similar sized Nylabone products are $9.99 or less in multiple local and online pet stores. Many, many other products that were way overpriced here. How does Biglots, which is full of lower quality product and claims to have "great deals" on brand names, think it's going to survive when it's more expensive than Target and Petsmart?? No wonder almost no one is ever shopping in there when I go. What a joke, won't be shopping here anymore.

Arrived just before closing..as we walked in the store alarm began alerts. In fear of what the alarm was, the management informs staff the back door had been breached by other guest RUNNING out with merchandise thru back door.My symphony to Sales/management for dealing with a society that thinks this is acceptable?

Why do they have the aisles full if boxes all the time anymore? Hard for handicapped people to get around. No prices on so much!!

This review is Divina, Big Lots cashier. She has excellent customer services and professionalism. She greeted and connected with every customer she interacted with in the store. She deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond to make sure all customer have a positive experience.

Went to buy two sofas at this location in Manteca. Although they were a little under staffed on this day , the gentleman who was doing furniture sales and running the register in the front, was very helpful and took care of us..... I didn't get his name, but thank you very much.....

Always find some cool things here! From home decor, toiletries, food, clothes and gifts - they seem to have most of them! It's located in a very convenient plaza too.

I didn’t get his name but I think he is part of management! He was so very rude so I asked for my sale to be refunded (500) and he did and I went to Manteca Bed Quarters! I will never shop at this location again. I’m huge on customer service as I have been doing it for 25+ years and I would never be so rude and down talk my customer the way he did!
