Old lady Caucasian staff was kinda rude almost hit me with her cart didn't even say excuse me or sorry I think she was having a bad day taking out on me today just stopping by to buy some bathroom sets.

‼️ PRICE GOUGING‼️. A box of 4 tiny protein bars is $9.99. The same box of the same flavor of protein bars is $8.89 at Target. They had tiny Nylabone brand dog chews priced at $14.99 when the same product and other similar sized Nylabone products are $9.99 or less in multiple local and online pet stores. Many, many other products that were way overpriced here. How does Biglots, which is full of lower quality product and claims to have "great deals" on brand names, think it's going to survive when it's more expensive than Target and Petsmart?? No wonder almost no one is ever shopping in there when I go. What a joke, won't be shopping here anymore.

Arrived just before closing..as we walked in the store alarm began alerts. In fear of what the alarm was, the management informs staff the back door had been breached by other guest RUNNING out with merchandise thru back door.My symphony to Sales/management for dealing with a society that thinks this is acceptable?

The products have not been labeled for some time, and one struggles to know the prices because they do not have warehouse employees so that one can ask and not take the products to the checkout.
