I have been a long time Bank of America client and have never had any issues. When I visit the branch they always greet me and most associates remember my name. I use their mobile app and am very happy with how convenient it is to do my banking. I don’t go in as much as I used to but staff was always friendly and helpful... read full comment

This bank is okay. Yesterday, a Asian American worker wanted to help me (might be bank manager) while I was in line. I did not ask for help and I did not need help. I did not like her bothering me when I was in line.
