Sometimes you can get someone that knows phones and how to operate them. Other times I wonder if some of them ever used a phone. The first time I went into the store, it was obvious the store rep did not want to do any work. He was no help, gave no suggestions really. The next day I went back in and another store rep, Lori, helped me. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond assisting me. She was definitely the best customer service rep I've ever had anywhere! They need more people like her. She was the best!

First of all I meant to press 5 for the first question. I was very satisfied with the customer service that I received at the AT&T store. I don’t recall the gentleman’s name that help me, but he was very friendly and very helpful.

They lie all the time. Promised me something then when I get the bill they will never help you. Stay away from this store. Especially the store managers. Illeina and shamon

Worst service ever! They deactivated a phone line without authorization and all they did was said sorry there's nothing we can do. The manager was involved aswell but he was rude about it the whole situation aswell. Very disappointing.

My boyfriend and I went in just to look at prices for getting a new line together and seeing if we were even able to get on one together. This was the smoothest experience i’ve ever had with getting a new phone. The gentleman that helped us was very knowledgeable and made the process quick and easy. Thanks AT&T!

I have gone to this AT&T store a few different times. Each time I have encountered employees that are not trained to know their job. As I was there I got on the phone with AT&T and did what the store was supposed to do. The representative on the phone informed me that they can and are supposed to do what I needed to have done at the store. It is unfortunate that they don’t train their employees enough. The other AT&T store in Manteca has better informed employees. I won’t go here again.

When i first walked into the store right away they were very rude and stuck up to me they acted like i was annoying them i walked out on them i got my phone at Costco the AT&T at Costco we're very nice and very helpful as well

Every time I come in this store, I’m somehow always helped by the same sales rep named Jacob. He is SUPER helpful & makes it a point to ask how my day is going!

Don't believe anything they say if they tell you discount will apply to your account in 2-3 months. You will be shocked when you get the bill. They don't even try to help if you go back to them. They always make excuses. They opened a business account for me when I didn't need it. They made it sound like I was getting a better deal with business account and discounts will apply in couple months. Nothing applied, called customer service and they said my account doesn't qualify! They just wanted to get more customers signed up to make their numbers. Never trusting this store again.

It's a small ATT store compared to most, but they were the only one that had the tablet I was looking for.The personnel working the store were a lot of fun.They Get a big A+, for understanding what good customer service is all about.Any future needs, I will consider this store as a definite yes to go to.

The manager help us a lot unlocking the phone that we want so hopefully when we come back they could help us again . Very nice experience with you guys thanks for helping appreciate it.

Kind of late after my experience, but I had a great experience at this store when I took my new iPhone (which I'd ordered from Apple online) in to get help with transferring everything from my old iPhone. The Sales Manager worked with me and spent hours making sure everything transferred completely. He was such a friendly and great guy! We've always had a great experience here with no pressure at all to purchase anything. I only purchased what I requested to purchase. Thank you for the great experience! (I'd called the store on Daniels Street prior, and they transferred me to someone and got disconnected. I then called back and spoke to a person who hung up after I explained what I needed. Big mistake! I spent some big money!!)
