Customer service here is flawless. They have people who greet you as soon as you walk up. The check in was easy and they provide you with a tracker that provides an estimated time of when your service will be completed.
Definitely recommend their service.

Having bought tires. Makes me feel better that I don't have to worry about paying for fixing a tire or getting a new one for free. Just have to wait for the tire to arrive on Thursday or Friday.

Everyone there was very kind and generous. They didn't try to play me and they stuck with the budget I had. Even though they where busy they where quick. Would definitely recommend this place or the Tracy location.

Kyle was awesome! They are always honest about if your tires are good still. They are quick, the price they give over the phone is the price you pay!!! I really appreciate the fact as a woman, I know they don't take advantage of that. If you need tires, this is the place!!!!

I visited the store to order new wheels and tires for my brand new truck, which I had already ordered a 6-inch lift for. Despite having the wheels and size selected to fit my truck with the lift, a tire professional recommended a different size wheel, assuring me it would be suitable. Three days later, upon returning to pick up the new wheels and tires, I was shocked to learn that they wouldn't fit my truck without the lift kit installed. I had trusted the expertise of the tire professional who had supposedly entered all my information correctly.
Upon verifying on American Tire's website, I discovered that the recommended wheels indeed did not fit my truck. When I reached out to the store the next day, they initially promised to make it right by ordering the correct wheels I originally wanted and offering a partial refund for the inconvenience caused. However, my optimism quickly turned to frustration when they called back, seemingly doubting my account of events and asking probing questions as if I had made a mistake.
After enduring what felt like harassment and interrogation for a mistake that was clearly theirs, I decided to request a full refund. Despite my decade-long patronage, this experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and questioning the competence and customer service standards of American Tire. Regrettably, I have no choice but to take my business elsewhere moving forward.

This location was great they were very busy but went out of their way to greet me and make sure they acknowledged me. JOSH got me set up in the system and went through the normal pitch of needing new tires soon as my tires are worn down he was not pushy when I said I would wait. They patched my tire and got me on my way in a very timely manner even being super busy.

I usually love Americas tires but disappointed this time. Took my Tesla Cybertruck in for a tire rotation and they said they didn’t have the correct tools to do a tire rotation on that vehicle. Drove it right over to less swab and they had no issues. Just check first that they can do a tire rotation of your Cybertruck before you make an appointment and drive all the way out there.

Love my tires & wheels. I Ask for Kyle quick in & out prior to my appointment and he honored that. Complete tire & wheel package installed in an hour and I was on my way. Thanks! Next, when I went to pay, we had a misunderstanding about a price match quote. My competitor quote was with tax out the door price. I assumed when Kyle quoted me over the phone to beat the competitors price, it also included tax. When they gave me the invoice, ATC added tax! That wasn’t the deal or I would have stayed with the competitor. I vented my frustration and was very upset. After some back & forth the manager got involved (didn’t get his name) & and credited me the tax amount on the invoice. He was very professional about it even though I could tell he was hesitant. I appreciated him making good on the misunderstanding. I thank the manager for his professionalism & ATC for great service and a nice set of tire & wheels! They treated me as a valued customer. So, in the future, ATC will be my first choice.

I, unfortunately, have to come here more often than I’d like. But everytime it’s a good experience, the guys are always so friendly! Today got me in and out within 20 minutes.
