Did a temporary fix and only lasted less than 3 months and problem reappeared. Used Epoxy to seal part instead of replacing part, but charges high.

I broke down 50 miles from home and I thank the Lord I did. I'm a woman and was all alone. AAA towed me to Ace and here I was at the mercy of this shop to get me back home. Not only did they isolate the problem they recommended that I contact my last repair for warranty because this would be an overhaul. He could've taken me for a mint but his honest and ethical approach left me with such gratefulness. Since that day, My husband has taken his car in for repair, and they've done an excellent job! 50 miles is worth it to us and his prices are awesome. If you want an honest auto repair shop you can trust Ace Transmission, I'm glad I did.

I am posting this for my dad: 39 years of experience my a$$~! This guy pretended to work on my dad's truck 4 times and wasn't able to fix the leak in his transmission (pan gasket), he still kept my dad's $200 After a year of back and forth at ACE with no results: JC Automotive on Main Street in Manteca was able to fix the issue after the first try. I would go to them, if I was you.

Can't recommend this place highly enough!! My car was in need of repair after an item had been installed wrong at another garage in Lathrop.. The owner at Ace was wonderful. He inspected the car and did the repairs spur of the moment! I'm so thankful that my daughter will have a safe car to drive now. I would definitely recommend this garage to anyone needing an auto repair!

We were a little over half way into our family vacation drive to Lake Tahoe and came into some car Problems. Stopped at several places in the town of Manteca that were overpriced and unhelpful. Called Ace and explained the situation to Jose. Being that we were just passing though and could not wait until the next day to have the repairs completed was stressful. But the experience was exceptional. Jose was very compassionate he didn't make us feel like an inconvenience like some other shops had. Knowing that we were in a jam one other shop basically tried to charge me double. Ace did not do that and charged a more than reasonable price. Thank you Jose!!!
