My husband and I entered the store to grab some snacks, and I had to use the restroom. My husband asked for the restroom and was told by the lady working the counter that the owner doesn't allow the public to use the restroom! Hmmmm, that's weird seeing as Seven Now and CEV say they have to allow customers to use their restrooms!!! OH, YEAH, I forgot the part where I'm mid fifty, disabled, hobbling in on a cane, and ready to blow out my britches!!! What does the ADA say about that??? Oh, yeah, that public accommodations should be provided. That I shouldn't have to stand in the middle of their floor and piss myself! Needless to say, we went next door to PM or Power Market and they were more than accommodating!!! I gave 7-11 one star because there was nochoice to leave negative stars! I'm tired of being treated like a second rate citizen!!!

It's okay. Double check your total when you get rung up at the cash register. A couple times I've noticed I was being charged more than I expected. Could have been an honest mistake, but has happened more than once and you know how that old saying goes..

My family and I have lived in Manteca my whole life for about 40+ years. Unfortunately for customers the store continues to decline in their customer service skills because I believe the store is family owned and ran; they just make up the rules as they go. Our washing machine broke and my husband had to go to the 7-Eleven two days in a row for snacks and stuff for the kids. The second day my husband went back and he had to wear the same clothes because we were still waiting for our washing machine to be fixed. The workers accused my husband of being homeless (our son was in attendance with him on the second day and have to personally witness this) and told him that they would only cook his pizza if they left the store and waited outside in the cold. My husband refused and told them that he would not be returning and we haven’t since. But home or not or homeless or not people are still human beings and do not deserve to be left out in the cold. This store discriminates against those than are less fortunate than themselves

Little pricey, but has all the variety you need, classic 7-Eleven. I recommend everyone to get a drank from here

They got a new guy working here at night and this guy is rude he handed off an alcohol order to the wrong driver and this guy is the only rude but he's an idiot very ugly personality very ugly to the customers pushed me out of the way when I was trying to buy ice cream whoever owns the store is an idiot for allowing this moron to work there I will not give my business to the store until he is gone

Walked into the store and found no one behind the counter. Just stranger who said he was just dropping items off and then went around to attend me and couldn't service proper plus had an attitude. So now I'm left with no service and no pizza .he said they don't serve pizza there whi h the uh should and he didn't even have a 711 employee shirt onRude.
