Service -Outstanding and very efficient with an exchange for proper fit and style. Selection: AMAZING with all colors and sizes available. Value: I find the selection and fit much more comfortable compared to KIUI Attack pants. Price is also much lower. The sales staff was delightful to work with.

I received a 5.11 L2 Tactical flashlight several years ago at the Maryland Sheriffs and Chiefs of Police Conference in Ocean City, MD, and used it extensively in my professional work as a videographer and photographer to the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services, retiring in 2015 after several years of working at the state police and correctional services academy location Sykesville, MD.Shooting in remote and institutional locations throughout the state found me using this flashlight in some very challenging situations, and it worked perfectly no matter the weather conditions or the needs for extended illumination for long durations.Since retirement I've continued to use the flashlight almost daily, but discovered last week that the cap containing the on/off selections was worn out, and I feared that I would damage the essential functionality if I continued to use it.I contacted the customer service department at the 5.11 Operations Center, 3201 N. Airport Way, Manteca, CA 92626, via email, and dealt with Amy Riccardo, a Customer Service Representative. Amy immediately responded to my request for help in getting a replacement for the flashlight without hesitation, shipping the replacement to me this week!The speed of her response and the high level of customer service was amazing! In these days of impersonal and difficult communications with companies regarding customer support and service it was a true blessing to experience such high-quality service for my need to replace the damaged flashlight (which has great sentimental value to me, in that the flashlight was given to me as a token of the work I did in support of the at the annual week-long Maryland Sheriffs and Chiefs of Police Conference.I look forward to many more years of service from the replacement flashlight I'll be receiving in a few days, and want to be sure and extend my thanks and recognition to Amy Riccardo and other members of the 5.11 Customer Service Team for the excellent work done in providing such a high level of support for customers and clients.H. Recently ordered Defender-Flex Regular Jean & Apex® Pant. VERY impressed at the quality of these pants. The price seems WAY reasonable when considering the quality. They were shipped to me, in a box, in sealed bags, new not returned stuff. Way to go. Eff Levis.

This is pertaining to online ordering. They had a sale going on so I ordered hoodies. Online shows all available on my size. Days later, I get confirmation that it has shipped. A few days past and so I checked for status from the tracking#... no movement. I contacted customer service for an update... they said 3 were out of stock and that the rest will be expedited...so I got my refund. I waited for another few days, and only 1 arrived. I contacted CS again and said the other was out of stock and that I'll get another refund. I waited close to a week waiting for refund. I contacted CS again for status of refund... they forgot. SMH

This company advertises lifetime warranty but does not stand behind it. I purchased a headlamp several years back and after having an issue with the battery pack, reached out to them for some help. I talked with a customer service representative on the phone, and she extended the correspondence to email. After only two emails with her, she has stopped responding. It has now been a month since I've heard from her, and have even sent a follow up email with no response. The headlamp worked well for the seven or so years I had it, but seven years is far short of the lifetime that they guaranteed.

I spent a lot of money at this place but I can't use their rest room. Pathetic place. I would never go back to shop here again until they open their rest rooms fir customers. I am taking medications that made my bladder run to the rest room and I feel horrible when an establishment won't allow their rest room to their customers.

I worked for this company in the past, and my experienced as an employee there was horrible. The system for order picker was out of control because I supposed to finished an order, but the order came back again like never was processed. Not even the manager, supervisor, and leads help all new employees and explained the issues that they had with their system. After mistakes, management blames employees instead offered help to resolved the problems with the customers orders. That is so ridiculous!

Awesome store, like an REI with less sporty stuff. Retail prices, with marked-down clothes as you come in. Wish they had more electronic-type stuff (power banks).Stuff still made in China. Go, USA?

My order got delivered partially in 1 month after sending couple of emails. And when I asked for refund of lost package, they say they need to submit the case to legal department. Best customer service ever!
