I bought an outfit for a wedding two months ago. The wedding just occurred last week and I went to put on the outfit and the zipper was broken. I called as soon as I returned from my trip and called right away. Outfit never worn and they won't allow an exchange. Won't shop here again as they clearly carry low quality products and don't stand behind their products:

Be careful shop w this store, no service what's so ever, Ana is the GM, she don't even answer the call. No return for money back even in 24 hrs, store credit only, I demand owner call asap, owner said talk to Ana, today 06/14/2022 I left message again, as usual, GM ana never bother to return call, is this right way to sell $200 item, never ( even purposely)returnnot answer? Normally LOVE this store. But went in Saturday and the women working there was so rude to both of us. Example there was a sign that said 20-50% off I asked are these on sale. She shook her head at us irritated and said NO and walked away. So we put away the clothes we were set to buy and she could careless even laughed and started singing. I will go back when they get rid of her. Not until then. FYI we spent a few thousand in there through the years .

My granddaughter and I were walking past the beautiful display windows and we both saw the darling green linen pants that we both said at the same time her Mom would love these. So we went inside and the 2 ladies were very sweet who helped us. We bought them and can't wait to give them to her. Very nice place with beautiful quality items especially hard to find good linen from Italy.
